To get the ball rolling I'll start by saying I think he was stronger than Nail.

My first PL's : 50,000 with and 80,000 without. My second PL's : 65,000 with and 95,000 without. My last PL's : 85,000 - 95,000 with and 115,000 - 125,000 without. Which one do you like? Option 1 or 2 or 3?

Nail also states that Piccolo would be no match for (First Form) Frieza, in which Nail admits that Frieza wasn't using anywhere near his full force against him. How much would you believe Frieza was showing against Nail? Half of his first-form power? 25 percent? 10%? Did Nail mean that Piccolo would not have lasted against the Frieza whom was obviously BSing Nail, or would Piccolo not have lasted if Frieza were to actually put forth some troll effort? Either in spite or despite the above, I give Piccolo enough to one shot the Ginyu Force save Captain Ginyu. Piccolo - [60 000, 100 000]

Nail had never heard of pls before so Freeza could have shown him 100k and he could have thought that was 400k.

It was never shown that Piccolo materialized heavier clothing for him to wear, its all just assumptions. And yes so is my power level for him i know.
