^ I don't think anyone has that much of a problem with you :p

My problem, not just for forums but also games, are those people who refuse that they've broken a rule and will argue with it all the way through... The people who just won't learn.

I also dislike people who won't listen to other peoples opinions and accept them as just that, or worse don't try to debate it nicely but instead go about insulting them and their beliefs.

Also people who use stereotypes to judge others without knowing them or the situation and beleving they know what is best without taking anything else on board.

People who say the forum is going to close down.

Joke.

People who talk down to other members.

People who leave :( or make it look like they're gonna leave. Although that's more just because I like them.

loathe-worthy:
1. Blatant bashers.

2. Uber elitists; Members who would twist reality itself to prove themselves correct, especially when it means avoiding others' points all together.

small peeve:
1. members who posting hundreds of topics and don't reply in any of them. at all.

Ones that refuse to post more than one paragraph, and, then on top of that, also refuse to capitalize beginnings of sentences. I generally skip posts like that, and I feel bad doing so. It's just to strenuous on my concentration to read.

has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it.

Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****.

I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. :D
Now, there's an idea.

The gun that won that old Wild West

There's no one here who I really dislike, most everyone is on my good side here. On other forums though, I've had problems. I got banned on a FIRST OFFENSE for VERY minor things that if should be noticed at all should have been WARNINGS, not PERMA-BANS. I got banned for saying some curse words, which everyone on that forum CONSTANTLY does, the curse words there aren't even censored mind you, but they said I was flaming or some stupid crap, and what disturbs me is I wasn't even talking about ANY PERSON and I wasn't even quoting a person. How the hell am I flaming someone when I wasn't even talking TO someone or directly or INDIRECTLY about a person?

I hate that mod that banned me. No, I'm serious, I hate him. I would happily fight him if I had the chance, I'm dead serious. I had over a thousand posts on that forum and this obscure mod comes out of the woodworks and bans me for no reason, such bull*****. I was going to appeal but I was so pissed I just left the website and deleted all traces of it from my history so I would never have to think about it again.

So, basically, I don't like mods who act like their tough ***** and some professional business official because their the moderator of the Mage Class Forums on a World of Warcraft fansite.

That forum was a lot bigger, but this one is still a lot better. There's not one mod I don't like here, I'm being honest. A lot of them I actually think are really cool, especially the ones who will make signatures for the members ;)

What I'm about to post isn't just about forum members but people in general -- I can't deal with people who have too much of a superiority complex. People who constantly act like they're better than someone else. That's just so damn annoying and one of the things that gets on my nerves the most.

If you have more knowledge than someone else, a higher rank, or simply dislike the person you're talking to... nothing gives you the right to treat them like second class members/people.

I hate condescending people and I h-a-t-e belittlement. It's just not right.

Another thing I dislike is when people get too obsessed with forum rules and forget to have fun. At the end of the day we're all here to have a good time.

I love you Kris <3

I really agree with that. One of the few things which guarantees to grate the wrong way is people who act like that. I'm not sure i'd ever hate people like that - but I would not be able to get on with them easily.

I understand joking around, but people who honestly believe it...

Oh, my god, #2 is something I cannot stand. I encountered this on another anime forum, and it drove me off the site. This guy would absolutely not admit he was wrong about anything. Nothing. Nada. He had to be right about everything. If God himself (no offense to any religious people) told him he was wrong, he would not admit it and tell God he was wrong. I couldn't debate anything with him, because somehow I would always be in the wrong and I would always be the bad guy.

Me: "The guide says it was a left."
Him: "The guide is stupid. It was a right."
Me: "But the guide was written by the author himself. You just don't like the decision he made."
Him: "The author could've been high when he wrote it for all we know. The story blatantly contradicts this."
Me: "What? The story doesn't give a definite answer, and the guide clarifies what the author meant, because the author wrote it himself. Just admit you're wrong, dude."
Him: "I'm not wrong. The author can't be relied upon, and the story does give a definite answer. It was a right."
Me: "Ugh." *deskface*

I can remember one instance of him taking a clear jab at me for no reason. It was a topic about winter/bad weather, and I said I liked driving in it and pushing myself. Like the ballbag he was, he said "And this my friends is natural selection at its finest" (something like that). I got pissed and said something like "And this is when people think they're gods among men. I guess people who drive for a living are idiots to you, so thanks for badmouthing my job". I don't think I read the topic after that. It pissed me off so much.

The sad thing is a lot of people liked him for some ungodly reason (maybe even fear?), and he eventually became a mod. That absolutely alienated me. I'd already stopped posting on that site, but seeing that just disgusted me.

I mean, I've been stubborn on some issues, I'll admit, but I've never been this stubborn. I eventually admit when I'm wrong. This guy never did.

Yeah, sorry, rant over. But people like that, I hate, I hate, I hate.

Don't hate the playa, hate the game. :p

Well ultimately we don't really hate a person, we hate how they think, what they do, how they present themself. Best not lose sleep over an obsession trying to fix people who are still wrong on the internet. Although I admit that happens to me a lot.

To be honest this sort of thing seems to be very common:

I will admit I can be like that. I've shown it on here, as well as countless other forums. I'm not too proud of it, but it happens and I generally end up apologizing after the damage is done. I need to work on it.

Nice post strawberry.

1) People who claim to be above average intelligence, The last forum I was on pretty much EVERYONE claimed one of their good points of this, kinda defeats the purpose of the "average" intelligence is everyone is above it, doesn't it? I also hate when people try to make the seem smart by looking down at other people, especially people they don't know.
http://www.cracked.com/blog/the-5-saddest-things-people-do-to-look-smart_p2/
Check number 1 on that list for what I mean.

2) People who kiss mods/admins/popular members asses like some kind of shoulder monkey (Yu Yu Hakusho reference)

Edit: 3) People who make their opinions sound like facts
