And really, with Buu being present, Vegeta could've killed Goku after he knocked him out. But presuming it's just them fighting with nothing else going on, that's a different scenario. Goku has the ability to surprise his opponents with sheer will and fighting sense, which is greater than Vegeta's imo. There is something mystical about the way Goku fights because he always seems to come out on top. If Goku was a boxer, he's the guy you'd always put your money on. On the other hand, Vegeta is an appraised genius when it comes to fighting and tact. He is headstrong and is underhanded when it comes to the nature of his tactics. Being equal in power, I'd say that the clash between the two fighters would be more than both could bare. Both would end up bloody pulps and quite maimed if you ask me. They'd take each other out. The fight would be long and grueling, and both would end up returning to base after exhausting themselves. Then they'd look at each other and laugh their heads off. You never know. I think it would all boil down to luck.

You never know. I think it would all boil down to luck. Luck or timing. I won't deny that there is a good chance that either Goku or Vegeta could win the fight. However, seeing how they fought in the Buu Arc, I really doubt that either one would actually be able to come out on top over the other. I will say thought that Goku's Shunkan Idou and Tien's Solar Flare COULD actually, if used prudently, could allow Goku to win. Didn't actually think about that earlier.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Interesting, I never thought about that. But we never saw anything like that happen with Vegeta, Dabra, Pocus, or Yakon. I'm thinking that the Majin Seal effects them in different ways. Spopovitch and Yamu turned gray also when they were taken over. That didn't happen with Dabra or Vegeta. Vegeta didn't change color, and it didn't take complete control of his mind. However, Spopovich was completely taken over, and the magic probably knew he was very weak (compared to the normal prey it takes) and gave him those handicaps (such as the neck-break comeback).

Like it always has been between them. The rivalry is just that, together they (know) they represent the last of their kind. They cant go out like punks killing EACH OTHER, they are past that now. Earth has knocked some sense into both of them honestly. i also believe spopovich was already dead, or a zombie, he sold his soul to babidi for power.
