This seems to be the staple group of Movie Z-Fighters to face the villain, I'd figure that they'd all be comparable power-wise in battle. All fighters are of the Cell Games. Who takes, and how do individual battles play out? |

Gohan destroys everybody on the opposing team unless he's in wuss mode. This will turn into Goku vs Gohan, since Goku would one-shot Trunks, and Gohan would one-shot Vegeta and Piccolo. Since Gohan's more powerful, he'd win. |

So far, it seems like everyone's saying that Gohan gets the chance to go straight for Vegeta/Piccolo, and Goku gets the chance to go straight for Trunks, both uninhibitedly... So, then say Goku and Vegeta couldn't go for Gohan, while Piccolo at least attempts to hold Trunks back a bit? It seemed as if Goku could at least fight Gohan (as he did with Cell), and if Vegeta's a meat shield, then IT becomes a lot more of a threat. Meanwhile, Piccolo inevitably gets beat by Trunks; perhaps Trunks is winded, thought I wouldn't say that he's exhausted. He'll actually be able to jump to Gohan's aid. Vegeta and Trunks would probably be in the same condition more or less; Vegeta may be a bit worse off trying to keep up with Goku and Gohan, but I still couldn't call this one within 5 min. The only thing afterwards, honestly, is whether Gohan's tired enough for Goku to squeeze out a win. Is Gohan tired enough for Goku to squeeze out a win? |

I think the power gap between Goku and Gohan would be enough to where Gohan could take everybody. If everyone is uber serious like at the end of a fight where it's all or nothing, I see Gohan doing as much damage as the cell jr.s in a short amount of time. Just back hand Vegeta into a mountain, knee him in the back like the cell jrs did to Krillan. Gohan would elbow Piccolo in the face having him make the face he made during Gokus Meteor combination in DB. Then Gohan would punch goku to sent him flying but grab his leg and spin throwing him into the ground then fire a kamehameha wave at him finishing him. |

Actually I take it back. Gohan would have to undergo the training his father came up in the hyperbolic time chamber. Piccolo gets my final vote. |

Nope. Cell had a slight power advantage over Goku, and even his attacks didn't drop Gohan's power one bit, as stated by Piccolo. Cell even expected Gohan to have died from one of his attacks, so that leads me to believe Gohan would still have enough gas in the tank to ravage Goku. Vegeta acting as a meat shield would last for all of 10 seconds. One blast from Gohan would end him. The same goes for Goku against Trunks. |

If its not SSJ2 Gohan, then I give it to Piccolo, Goku, and Vegeta. Gohan is only slightly stronger than Goku, but the extra person on the opposing team would decide it for them. |

Goku gives Gohan a tiny bit of trouble, but Gohan wins without losing much energy, then Gohan one/two shots Vegeta and Piccolo. Trunks doesn't need to do anything. |

No...no he's not. I don't think Gohan can one shot anyone in this arc other than the humans. Until SSJ2 that is. Defeat fairly easily maybe. But I don't think Gohan or Goku were 2x stronger than Vegeta, Trunks, or Piccolo. I don't think cell was 2x Goku's strength. Edited by POOHEAD189, Aug 12 2011, 03:10 AM.

I don't see why not. 1. When Goku unveiled his full power, Gohan was like "eh, that's cool and all, but whatever". Chapter: 398 (DBZ 204), P7.1-3 Context: everyone gawking at Goku’s full power Kuririn: “Th-this really is an incredible ki…! It figures he’d outstrip everyone.” Gohan: “…Wh-why is everyone so surprised…I think he really is incredible, but…” 2. Goku asked Gohan what he thought of his performance against Cell, and Gohan thought Goku was holding back, which basically translates to weaksauce. During that conversation, Piccolo also basically admits Gohan's stronger than Goku. Chapter: 402 (DBZ 208), P6.5, P7.1-6 Context: “Don’t talk crazy, Goku! There’s no way he’d be able to fight! It’s true that he’s raised his abilities so much that he’s unrecognizable, but his opponent is Cell, who even you were no match for!” Goku: “Piccolo, Gohan has more unbelievable power than we think. Think about it. He’s fought the same as everyone since he was a little squirt…When I was about his age, I wasn’t anything special.” Kuririn: “B-but even if he’s become a Super Saiyan…Th-this is so quick…” Goku: “In the Room of Spirit and Time, the dormant power sealed away deep, deep inside him began to be released. Why don’t we try asking him? How about it, Gohan? Did you think that dad and Cell’s fight just now was too incredible and you couldn’t keep up?” Gohan: “N-no, I didn’t think so…But neither of you were fighting all-out, right…!?” Goku: “I don’t know about Cell, but I was going all-out. So in other words, to you it felt like I was holding back?” 3. Cell confirms Gohan is stronger than Goku. The only thing he denied about Goku's statement is that Gohan wouldn't be able to win, not that he wasn't stronger. Chapter: 404 (DBZ 210), P2.3-4 Context: after Gohan powers up Vegeta: “Th-that brat…How did he get such a gigantic battle power…Th-this is impossible…!” Cell: “Looks like what Son Goku said wasn’t a complete bluff…But it seems he overstated things a little when he said you could defeat me…” 4. Cell decided to go all-out in speed when he faced Gohan. He didn't do this against Goku, I wonder why.  Chapter: 404 (DBZ 210), P6.4 Context: after fighting Gohan a little Cell: “You’re a quick little brat…! How about I go all-out, in speed at least?” 5. Even after taking a beating from Cell, Gohan's power hasn't fallen at all, unlike Goku's had. Chapter: 404 (DBZ 210), P12.6-7 Context: after Cell beats up on Gohan Goku: “Don’t panic, Piccolo. Gohan’s ki hasn’t fallen one bit, has it?” Kuririn: “Ah…It-it’s true…!” 6. Cell comments that Gohan is exceptionally tough, but compared to who? Nobody else but Goku, of course. Chapter: 404 (DBZ 210), P14.2 Context: after Gohan isn’t fazed much by Cell’s attack Cell: “...Well, this is a surprise…You’re exceptionally tough, aren’t you?…” 7. Finally, Piccolo confirms Gohan is the strongest as well, but because he's a kid it doesn't mean he'll automatically win. Chapter: 405 (DBZ 211), P12.1 Piccolo: “Don’t forget…! Even if his power is #1, he’s still a kid…!” Using simple math, Gohan would be around 2x stronger than Vegeta and Trunks. 50% SSj Goku: 1,000,000 SSj Vegeta: 1,300,000 100% SSj Goku: 2,000,000 SSj Kid Gohan: 2,600,000 (exactly 2x stronger than Vegeta) Edited by Pyrus, Aug 12 2011, 03:22 AM.

No no no no, what I mean is, to think that Goku isn't weaker than Gohan is silly. Gohan is stronger than Goku...fact. But to think that Gohan is WAY stronger I just don't agree with. If Cell = 20 I have Goku as 17-17.5, and Gohan as 18.5-19.5
To be fair (at least to my memory) he had not been fighting cell nearly as long. |
