Final Form Frieza 2% : 2,400,000.
Vegeta : 2,500,000.
Vegeta stomps.
When you are going to ask me why Vegeta is going to stomp Frieza, It's only a 100,000 gap, then think about when he stomped Cui, Dodoria and Zarbon (Pre transforming) with just 1,000 - 8,000 pl gab! then 100,000 would be too much.
6 is already enough to take out 5.

 Well wouldn't Vegeta get a Zenkai from being revived by the dragonballs? Cause he is essentially being brought back revived after a fatal blow.

If that was the case then a lot of the later fights make no sense.

You don't get a zenkai after being revived from death. You get one after being revived from near death.
