So, as I said, it says he entered in once, but after scolding Goku it just doesn't make much sense for me that Piccolo would also skip out. I had initially thought, like Gohanz said, if he had entered in a second time, it wouldn't have been for a full year, since he was allowed into the RoSaT a second time in the Buu Arc. But after seeing this I now doubt he went in a second time at all.

Perhaps he knew that even if he went in a second ime it wouldn't be him that would beat Cell. Still, you'd think he'd want to at least try to break the wall he encountered to try and be the best he could when the Cell Game finally came. He even says near the end of the Cell Game "Curse our powerlessness!".

I say Piccolo is about 1,500,000,000 (Full Power) Post RoSaT. (Stronger than ASSJ Vegeta). I say in the seven years he is about 5,000,000,000 (Full Power). Piccolo Stomps.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball	I really think that the one with the superior transformation when it comes to the saiyans and Piccolo will continue to be stronger until the other transforms (unless, of course, oen completely stops training.) Therefore, I say Trunks wins because of his ASSJ.
	darkwarrior has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it. Y2J Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****. ObsessiveFanGirl I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. Now, there's an idea.
