Or if he didn't train he might have even got weaker. I'd give it to Trunks since I don't think Piccolo trained much, if at all.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	It would be a close fight imo. Piccolo probably trained the same way as he always has done. I would give this to Piccolo. Piccolo always trains good and even if we only saw him meditdating or how it spells , he may have done strenght trainings too. Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Piccolo was, before the RoSaT, superior to SSjin Vegeta. Afterwards SSjin Vegeta was not even equal with Semi-Complete Cell. SSjin Vegeta was probably little stronger than Incomplete Cell [full power]. Vegeta went from getting mauled by 18 to presumably being able to maul the guy who could maul 18. Quite an increase. Piccolo is undoubtedly at least on Semi-Complete Cell's full powered level. But I can't say he could possibly be much stronger than that, unless he took a second turn in the RoSaT, which theoretically is possible, since later he planned on trapping Buu in the chamber. What's more is he expressed perplexity at the fact that Goku wouldn't take a second turn. I find it hard to believe that Piccolo would pass on it himself. At the most he could be on Complete Cell's initial level doing a single turn. But with a second turn, well, I see him making little more progress. Edited by Wintergreen5000, Aug 8 2011, 12:27 AM.

Piccolo was fused with Kami, so probably didn't train so much, but based on past gains he should still be able to increase his power as much as that. Then again Vegeta only seemed to get like 2x stronger over 7 years, so maybe Piccolo wouldn't get too much of an increase, especially since the Buu saga suggests that the Base Saiyans are stronger than ~~Goku~~ Piccolo.
