I am overrating them maybe, but If I am then put them above 1st RoSaT. Frieza would Demolish Goten even in his 50 - 60% of his power.

And frieza would have a hard time beating hiim plus frieza would prob. have a hissy fit if he was fighting a 7 year old that could go ssj, he threw one when goku went ssj, and goku was a grown man lol

I really did not look at all like she was trying... I keep switching back forth on base saiyans powers. It just seems impossible for them to reach such a high PL (120,000,000). I don't see any evidence that supports them being able to do this either. The best evidence only comes from unpredictable zenkai boosts that Goku and receives on his way to Namek and on Namek, as well as the ones Vegeta receives on Namek. Nowhere does anyone seem to gain that amount of power, and it would make the tyrant of the universe seem like a joke if they could.
	darkwarrior has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it. Y2J Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****. ObsessiveFanGirl I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. Now, there's an idea.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Goku and Vegeta were Super Saiyans when Goten and Trunks were conceived. The two boys have great potential and power even at a young age. Too bad it wasn't cultivated in GT. Anyway, 18 most definately wasn't holding back on the boys when she was fighting them while they were in base. We can say this mainly because she didn't know who Mighty Mask was. While fighting Mighty Mask she comments on how strong they are. So in base Goten and Trunks' power are comparable to Cyborg 18. As Super Saiyans however, they far outclass her.
