Filler: Anything that is in the anime that is not in the manga
Remastered: I'm pretty sure that's where they just took the old material, made it better quality and then gave it a better dub
Canon: The manga, basically.
Dubbed: Well the original show is in Japanese, so when it is voiced over in English (Or any other language) it's then "Dubbed"

I agree with teen mostly, with a few edits.

Filler: Anything that is in the anime that is not in the manga.
Remastered: I'm pretty sure that's where they just took the old material, made it better quality.
Canon: Depends. Manga. Created by Author. Maybe Title pages. Unsure as of yet.
Dubbed: Well the original show is in Japanese, so when it is voiced over in English (Or any other language) it's then "Dubbed"

Canon includes pretty much only the manga, along with the proper translation of the manga (in other words, those viz mangas you may have purchased aren't COMPLETELY canon.) The daizenshuu is debated upon whether to be canon or not. (The daizenshuu is a collection of 7? books released by Toryama that lists his idea of power levels, etc. in the series.)

has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it.

Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****.

I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. :D
Now, there's an idea.

Let me get this straight , movies are always non canon ? And filler is the oposite word of it ?

When we talk about "Remastered" we're usually referring to the Orange Bricks. A poorly "Remastered" release.

Canon: Depends. Manga. Created by Author. Maybe Title pages. Unsure as of yet.

Dubbed: Well the original show is in Japanese, so when it is voiced over in English (Or any other language) it's then "Dubbed"

No, "filler" wouldn't be the work for the movies. Just "Non-Canon". Fillers has the name suggest is the fulfillment of time when the "Manga" is making new chapters and the anime is catching up to it story wise. Author doesn't want that so you make filler which are not canon and are made my the animators.

Filler happened when the manga needed to catch up to the anime, if I remember correctly. It wouldn't make sense the other way around since why would the anime take up more time if the manga was already ahead of it?

Simple: Half of japan wanted to see Goku and Piccolo try to get a drivers license, and half did not.

actually the true meaning for filler is anything added to the story or in between the story that doesnt progress it in anyway. Bleach does alot of that. Offshoot stories that dont mean much, alot of fight scenes are filler too, but in reality they are what AT approved as he wanted to push the story farther in the anime. In so saying, most filler scenes that progress the story along should be considered as important or even considered "late" or "plothole" filling info, unfortunately the people that worked on the anime couldnt seem to agree with what to stay true to and what not to. Same thing with fullmetal alchemist, the first series anime was a completely different story from the manga. Thats why the redid it with brotherhood. More accurate. DBkai sucked as it stopped at cell, stuck to the manga pretty close though.

I think that filler is actually just extra moments (or entire episodes) that were not in the manga. They were added to the anime so that the anime does not catch up to the manga, if both are running at the same time. Nothing in a manga is considered filler.

Canon: "In the context of a work of fiction, the term canon denotes the material accepted as "official" in a fictional universe's fan base. It is often contrasted with, or used as the basis for, works of fan fiction, which are not considered canonical."

Filler: "In media, filler is material that is combined with material of greater relevance or quality to "fill out" a certain volume."

Source: Wikipedia

Canon: "a list of the works of an author that are accepted as authentic"
"a list of writings, esp sacred writings, officially recognized as genuine"

Filler: "a. Something added to augment weight or size or fill space."
