Both power levels are close, if not the same. Gohan would outclass Dabura, Dabura does not have the intelligence or skill Cell had. The fight would actually end pretty quickly if a well trained and well rested Gohan would use his combat arsenal against Dabura. Although in a twisted turn of fate I can see this as a Dabura stomp if Dabura matches Gohans speed and spits on him ASAP, turns him into stone and smashes his stone body hard on the floor destroying the statue and killing him.

Mssj Gohan from Cell Games would've easily beaten Dabura, except maybe Dabura would've spat on him and Gohan was too insane to dodge and would've been like OMG I'M ONLY 9 YEARS OLD NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

You're going to doubt both Goku and Vegeta's comments on Gohan's power, as if they suddenly got stupid and forgot how to properly sense ki? I don't know when you're referring to about them being wrong later in the arc. Do you mean when they said they could handle Kid Boo? If so, that's a completely different situation.

Gohan couldn't be SSjin 2 because the kiri meter hardly goes up during their fight for one, whereas with Goku and Vegeta, when they fight, it fills up pretty quick. Gohan then comments that they are fighting at a level beyond Super Saiyan, and that's the reason why Buu's meter fills up so quick. For two, Gohan had no lightning sparks in his aura.

Unless that happened in the anime, in which case he does turn SSj2 in the Anime, you can't really argue against him being SSj2 in the anime since we see him transform into it.

If Vegeta hadn't lost it, Gohan would've been able to defeat SPC much more easily.
