They said cars and other stuff will appear there so we may see someone attempt to mix the two together. I hope not but eh it is what it is. I wanna see what happens in Ange future and how the world got to where it is though. I think that history and development would be cool. I definitely like the new setting, but what surprised me most was Spoiler: click to toggle That Katara is still alive, and is in fact Korra's water bending teacher.

Don't get me wrong, they were both awesome apart form one another, but then they came together... They got much better at the end though.

Favourite Manga dat boi	I liked the first episode in general, but overall it kind of disappointed me. What I Liked: 1. The animation! Wow, was it amazing! The scenery: spectacular. Character designs: excellent. There's literally nothing wrong with the animation style at all. The fight scenes were incredible. 2. The music was good, from what I can recall. I watched it at 3:00 in the morning, so it's hard to remember. 3. Korra. She makes a great lead character, just like Aang. She's fun, she's exciting, and she really kept me entertained. The side characters are pretty interesting as well. What I Didn't Like: 1. The humor. It just wasn't there for me like it was with the first series. So far, it seems kind of dull and repetitive. 2. Don't get me wrong. I like the concept of Tenzin, and I may learn to like him more later on, but he just seems too dull and monotone for me. Sure, there's a hint of humor there, but his voice actor bores me. -_- 3. The pacing seemed too rushed, but I can understand that since they're trying to cram the story into not so many episodes. The Legend of Korra seems promising, but I don't think it will live up to the expectations of the first series. That's okay, though, since I wasn't really expecting that from the beginning. ATLA is super hard to beat.

It's nice to see an airbender that's... serious. I mean Aang was generally a goofy kid, so was Gyatso to an extent, so it's a breath of fresh air. I was fascinated with the opening sequence: It seems Aang's airbending style has evolved since the end of the war :P Edited by Toji, Mar 31 2012, 02:11 PM.

Posts: 2,751 Group: Members Member #6,334 Joined: June 9, 2011	I really like the 1920's style of Republic City (Gangster benders, swing jazz, boxing). The animation has also improved a lot since the first series. The only thing I didn't like were Tenzin's kids. What happened to Zuko's mom >: O
