Just random guesses, but the amount he improves from Dragonball to the start of Z means I need to leave a lot of room for PL to raise until 416. But yeah I think Goku would win.

I see absolutely no reason to put Videl any higher than 15 at the most.

Goku got a bunch of power ups in the series so they can't go up more than say 50 each time, if he really was 260 in the 23rd budokai that just leaves less room for a big jump in the series.

I thought your point was that you had to keep Goku low in DragonBall in order to justify his extremely low battle power in the beginning of Z, even though he supposedly trained to some extent for those three years in between.

My guess Videl's PL is around 30. Goku in the begging of DBZ is around 50. Now, before everyone goes "NO! It is stated he was at 10!". BULL***! The farmer had a PL of 5, and you except me to believe Goku was barely stronger than that fat *? He survived a bullet and could lift a ton (Bulma's car......bulma shot him). I hear Mr. Satan's PL was around 25 or something, and I say Videl is around 33 at most!!!!!! So, yeah, Goku by a mile. Plus you have his training, which puts him at around 80 or something. In the anime she becomes saiyagirl, one half of the Saiyan supreme crime fighting team. Are we talking saiyagirl, like she appeared in the post Buu filler and movies?
