Pookie Powa!

I can get stressed and nervous often. When I do get stressed, I try listening to music or coming here on DBZF to let out some of the things I need to say. Talking to someone can help too. I find that talking about your emotions helps relieve them. IF you have someone close to you to chat about things, then I think you should do that. If not, then listening to music or watching videos can help distract your mind from what is bothering you.

Listen to music. I like the Super Butouden 1 theme, that calms me or can help me to concentrate.
Go to sleep.
Watch One Piece. I can watch dbz clips on youtube, but after a while it just makes me go brain dead(after like half an hour-1 hour....)
Punch/kick/hit some walls or just the air.

Also you can just sit and think and try to relax everything with your eyes closed. Depending on what's stressing you out, you could try thinking about something positive to do with it, like that it could lead to something positive?

I think everyone here, including me, is guilty of listening to music at times and stuff like that. But I find that the best way is to get away from the computer or Ipod, at least sometimes. Going outside or running an errand or excersize can go a long way.
