When stress weight holds you down, what do you do to relieve the pressure/anxiety? |

I find a nice quiet room, turn on flaminco guitar or Tsugaru Shamisen, and just sit and think about nothing. I can change my mood within 30 minutes if I do this. But overall, I think stress and emotions are who we are. I don't think you can overcome it if you habitually have it. Some people naturally tend to not get stressed about anything. Like myself. While people are spending every waking minute studying and stressed out about a test, i'll be sitting here playing minecraft because its my way of dealing with it. I naturally lean towards activities that reduces my stress. |

I get stressed alot. I get stressed for the most useless reasons. Sometimes I get stressed when people argue with me on DBZF or when someone in class makes a joke about me. It stresses me out and my heart starts beating fast and I feel like fighting. Its not right, Im trying very hard to fix that. |

When I get stressed I try going on Youtube sometimes that helps. If that doesn't work I just sleep it off. |

I usually flick through massive amounts of music, sometimes stick with a few songs I really feel at the time. I also really like being able to have a friend to talk to about it all. I seem to stress out quite a bit especially around exams and such, but I find i can deal with it better if I have people there for me, that's something quite important for me ^^ Sometimes though I like to just hide away from everyone for a while and perhaps read a book or talk to just my best mate and that's it. Like most people I turn to music. Just stick on an album or a playlist and chill out to it. Either that or pull out a video game, book, comic; something to take my mind off the problem for a while before dealing with it. |

Depends what I'm stressed about. Sometimes I just let off the steam by typing angry stuff, whether its to people who deserve it or not. Sometimes I do exercise to get it off Sometimes I talk to someone about it Sometimes I use some "Relaxing methods" to get rid of it...well you did ask... |
