This will help you to see what's going on on the forum more easily.

Activity Feed

Firstly-

This will take you to the Activity Feed where you can see all the latest posts in the sections of the forum you are allowed in(only certain groups can see the Donors and Elites sections for example)-

Also, you can just type http://dbzf.co.uk/stats/feed into your address bar.

Active Users List

This also simple, but a bit less obvious.

First, scroll down to the bottom of the home page of the forum(http://dbzf.co.uk/index)-

Doing what is instructed in the screenshot above will take you to this page-

Here you can see what every other user on the forum is viewing, except for anonymous users(who are quite rare). So, above it says that I am viewing the Active Users List, and there is a guest viewing a topic called "DragonBall raging blast 3", and they clicked on the link to that page, or refreshed that page one minute ago, according to the list.

If you go to the bottom of the Active Users List there is an option to filter the list, so that you can only see members, or only see guests, and you can order the list(eg-by name of the users instead of by time). Once you have selected the options you click on "Update List" on the right. Since the button is kind of invisible, here's a screen shot-
