Which DBZ Game Would I Like?; With so many DBZ games out, I'm not sure which one(s) are worth my time

So I've been really itching to get a new DBZ game for my Xbox360 lately, but I can't decide which one I should get.

I was a huge fan of DragonBallZ Budokai, and Budokai Tenkaichi 2.

The reason I liked Budokai 1 was because it expressed the story greatly, which good cutscenes. The reason I liked Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was because of all of the characters, and the fact that you could play as Great Apes and other characters that aren't all of the same base size.

So basically I'm wondering what game is a good compromise of those two. You don't necessarily have to be able to play as Great Apes but that was just an example, I just mainly would like a very diverse roster and a good story.
So does one of the games satisfy that somewhat, or am I asking for too much?

Well you don't really have much to choose from on 360 yet. There is Burst Limit but that is pretty ordinary so I wouldn't bother with that. Unless you're a major fan of the old Budokai games. Not the Tenkaichi ones.

Then you have the Raging Blast games. Raging Blast 2 has a huge character roster. Not as big as Tenkaichi 3 but still pretty huge. It's a great game which I recommend.

And thirdly you have the new game coming out. It hasn't been named yet but it's shaping up pretty well. It looks like it's going to have giant characters.

Which is actually quite weird. Although I liked Burst Limit and loved Raging Blast, Raging Blast is just better.

I was actually looking into Raging Blast 1 because it looked like it showed the story best, which is probably my priority over character roster (even though I would like a half decent roster).
And about that new game, it actually looks pretty good, and said it was scheduled for Fall 2011. I'll probably end up buying that one, but I'll probably try to find an already-out DBZ game to tide me over, since most of these should be <$30 or so at stores (especially used, if not new).

I've heard that Infinite World shows the story better than most/all of the DBZ games, and spans all the way from Saiyan Saga to the end of GT. Confirm/Deny?

I'm really tempted to try it out, despite the terrible reviews it's gotten. Unless the gameplay is absolutely gouge-your-eyes-out bad, I think I'd like it.

Raging Blast is a better package. I played Burst Limit and felt very underwhelmed with the main story i felt it was quite short. Raging Blast has a lengthy story campaign which contains a lot of unlock able content. It has a series of arcade type modes and a tournament mode.

Overall, which would you all recommend - Raging Blast 1 or 2? I'm mainly just trying to see which one would last me the longest and is the most enjoyable.

I haven't played the first one but I do have the second one and love it.
RB1 has a story mode but RB2 does have a larger roster and the newly animated ova.

i say the first only cos i have never played the second. I think it's in my top dragon ball fighters and easily the better of the 3 available next gen DB fighters. Whenever i do a long play run of it I never stop having fun such a good game

Stick with the BT and Budokai series games, RB is absolute trash.

i can see that argument to. Raging Blast is a fine game and my preferred Dragon Ball fighter on Next Gen systems. The Budokai Tenkaiichi series is a more superior series of games and are a lot more fun than Raging Blast.
