I'm not a fan of Marvel or DC, but the omnipotent characters from them two comics would be more than enough to single handedly wipe out the DBZ universe. But since I can't choose them.... Easily SSJ4 Gogeta.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Yeah as ridiculous as his power is it definitely goes to SSj4 Gogeta, well for now anyway but I think it would be hard for a new anime to convey strength greater than that without outright copying Dragonball which is probably why it hasn't happened yet anyway I mean if they want to make someone stronger than Gogeta they're going to have to copy Dragonball or make some ridiculous character in an anime that can destroy the universe if he/she/it moves

FF Favourite Manga Naruto	I was going to say Goku or one of the fusions as well. If I had to go a different route, I would say the 'father' of the homunculus in Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood once he obtained all he needed to absorb 'god' or whatever it was. Though he didn't have the power for very long(he couldn't control it) the transformation and power he displayed was awesome and made me think for a moment that Edward and the others had no chance of survival.

Think about it a power level of 1 million can blow a planet up easy An early DBZ power level before Super Saiyan was brought in to it(like actualy in it not just talked about) so imagine how strong SSj4 Gogeta would be with the fusion multiplier and the increase of SSj4 As ridiculous as it is pretty sure he could beat anything he could just do a Super Kamehameha like half the size of the universe that would certainly swallow up Galactus Ok yeah Gogeta probably wouldnt do that but in a no holds barred fight where Gogeta doesnt care about people or things he would totally win, and then some(that works here doesnt it?) I mean nothing in GT looks that impressive but they are incredibly over powered and obviously dont fire off any major energy waves because that would be idiotic and they'd mess up the planet and die a horrible death, again in most cases

For the mere cost of revealing how a magic trick is done, he gains the power to do almost anything he wants via real magic. ( He appears at the end of the series alive and well. ) He does explain that he's a magician, after all. ♥ Not to mention that he proves you don't have to be ripped-to-all-hell just to hold your own.

Anyways, SSJ4 Gogeta would get stomped hard by any of the high tier characters in Saint Seiya. Dark Schneider would destroy him, as would Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan and Demonbane.

Every Author in this context always tries to make at least one of their characters a contender for 'strongest character in existence', main character or otherwise. Admittedly it's difficult to imagine SSJ4 Gogeta not stomping any other character. I mean, don't you only need a little over 20k power level to potentially destroy a planet in the DBZ universe? I'd say that alone is a pretty big deal in most other fiction, and that was around the very start of DBZ. Then they had already surpassed the power of their gods towards the end of the Cell Saga. He would solo the DBGT universe with ease. Apollo a high tier Saint Seiya character destroyed a universe by waving his hand. ZeedMilleniummon (yes a digimon) has enough power to destroy a multiverse, exists at all points in space-time and is a reality warper. Gogeta isn't all that.
