Frieza got messed up and spirit bombed by base goku, while cooler fought even with the new Goku, before transformation. cooler's not allowed to transform. personally, i think Cooler takes it easy what do you think? You're just ignoring the fact that 4th Form Cooler fought evenly with a much stronger Base Goku than the one from Namek? Fighting styles mean nothing when you can't even compare to your opponent.
