Gohan was in a badder shape against Cell, and was still able to defeat him with a Kamehameha, I assume when Goku said "NOW" they released everything inside, similar to Gohan during his struggle against Cell.
Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

 Yes he was, but Gohan and Cell were close together, and in the Cell Games it's said Gohan didn't lose any strength, just his confidence went away.

In Movie 10 Gohan was forced to drop out of SS2 to Base, and never tried to go MSS until Videl collapsed, that right there should show that he was weakened.

Hardly doubt able, if he had the strength still, why did he lost the confidence overall, he just had it in his grasp, dosen't make sense to me he lost power from my view.

If he was weakened, why did he turn into a SSJ if he wasn't able to? Because, he was able to even after the worst beating, the fight didn't went that long for Gohan to lose that much power.

 For the first part, Gohan being injured could take that confidence away.

Also, I know Gohan didn't lose half his power or anything, but Broli didn't give him room to breathe, I know Gohan could still go MSS. But when trying to make sense of a Broli Movie...I find you end up with more questions than answers.

Yeah, but, not like that, he saw no chance in winning, he actually gave up on a person that technically killed his father in front of him, who returned, he now had a chance to revenge him but gives up? Nah. If he hadn't lose any power I hardly doubt he would sink like this.

He still had enough in him to start again, so he wasn't that weakened from my view.

 I don't even see Gohan's decrease 30%, or even 15%. There's no way it could be that low, because Broli's attack would have crashed into the Earth before Goten could even join in.

I just see Gohan losing his confidence, if Goku can feel his Ki from Otherworld, and says Gohan wasn't weaker, then that seems to make the most sense imo.

It wouldn't make a lot of sense , Gohan was badly injured, he definitely lost power.

 I actually doubt that, I only see Gohan's power going down due to seeing Cell could hurt him. The main reason why I don't see Gohan losing power, is because he could kill Cell, and Cell should be on SS2 Gohan's level.

 Maybe i'm not saying this the way I mean it.

I believe Gohan lost his confidence due to Cell injuring him, that loss in confidence made Gohan's power go down. Because if we go by what's said, then it makes sense.

I don't think so, the injury the fact that Gohan just powered up and was confident but later gets injured and loses it basically indicates for me that his power went down because of it. But this is your view, obviously, again there is nothing stating that both our theory's are wrong. So, yeah, I just think that he lost it, and that was the reason his confidence left.

I actually think that way, I think Cell was close to Gohan's fullest but not necessarily on it. He had 70 - 80% of Gohan's power IMO.

 Oh without a doubt. It explains how confident Gohan was to kill SPC, I doubt he would be so confident if he was weaker. That's why I think when Cell hurt Gohan, he thought he actually was weaker than him, so he lost his confidence, so he believed it was over imo.

You are like Hybrid and Ussj at this point, you all think because he is Insane, he is stupid. There are quite a lot of Insane people out there, and they are smart. Broly loves to torcher, even the line, "Not until you lie that at my feet" the word "until", gives me kind of the sense he isn't done yet.

How do you know? Just because he grunts? He was seen talking and enjoying Gohan's scream, why should he go for the kill?
