I would like to start a Maths league Battle group. Would anyone be interested? The contest would go like this: I post an equation of some sort, and everyone is to send me a PM (showing your work), will win a point to their name with correct answers. Showing your work in general will get you a quarter of a point. The person with the most points would win trophies, on down through place marks. The maths will start out basic (adding subtracting etc) and advance per round, up through (advanced differential equations and 3 dimensional calculus). And maybe some circuit analysis (first/second order circuits) because I absolutely love that stuff. If you'd like to participate, please reply to this topic with your wish to do so. Each round will last exactly 2 days time to give people the chance to log on. Bragging rights included.
