Bravo,to You,Naruto Gogeta. You make us people with common sense proud =) Lee wins both fights,at the same time,if given the chance. He could kill an entire mafia on his own at the same time in a fist fight. If You bother to watch the video's beyond 5 seconds You will know that Lee would slaughter Ali. Jackie Chan's character from rush hour is called "Lee"In memory of Bruce Lee,Jackie chose this name himself to dedicate to Lee. Jackie Chan dedicated his characters name to Lee. Jackie bases alot of his MA off of Lee. Loads of MAists wish to learn Lee's style because it was so memorable. In fact Lee could take on a zombie invasion and take around 1,000 of them with him,bare knuckled,melee. Sadly not even Lee could survive a zombie outbreak,but he would certainly take loads with him. Your really just making a pointless arguement fulgore. |

@Nusu. No he was a full-time actor.(Atleast up to 14) Actually, one of the reasons Ip Man took him on is because he was rich, and he liked his films. |

It is well, stated, that Bruce Lee was in a couple of Gang-Fights during his time in Hong-Kong, Post-War Hong Kong was a rough place to live. Either, if he was an actor or not, it dosen´t change the fact that he fought in those fights. |

Also, let's clear the air here. I've never disputed he was a great martial artist. I'm arguing he's not on the LEVEL of the BEST I.E. You said that Bruce Lee would get beaten by Muhammad Ali. I said that Mas Oyama would beat Bruce Lee. If you still think that Muhammad Ali would beat Bruce Lee, well then I'm not replying any longer because that would be totally ridiculous. We provided you with alot of information and you always spout nonsense and claim it as heresay, when in fact people have actually seen the fights and many of the people whom Bruce Lee beat in fights admitted to it. So that's all I have to say. I'm not coming back because there's no point. You just refuse to listen to solid facts. OK, Lee never mastered those styles but he trained in them and used them to invent his own style. He has performed physical feats that only the great Mas Oyama could duplicate. There's nothing else to say. You don't believe Bruce Lee is a legendary martial artist? Fine. But at least show some respect and acknowledge what he has done and face the truth of him beating Muhammad Ali. That's it. I'm out. |

Except the fact that Lee and Ali refused to face each other? They were both afraid of each other for good reason. Mas Oyama was definitely NOT the best. He was someone I listed as better.. There's lot's of Grandmasters that were absurdly powerful |

Also, I want to point out one thing before I'm done here We've been on this earth millions of years, in the last 1,000 or so there have been millions of Grandmasters. Men who have dedicated their lives to body, mind and soul. Their ONLY Purpose was to become stronger. Saying Bruce Lee is the greatest martial artist of all time is just purely silly. Most POPULAR Martial Artist of all time? Without a doubt. |

Well Ali did fight another martial artist in an exhibition match but I think there were certain rules in place. Basically all the bloke did was repeatedly slide kick Ali's legs. It was pretty pathetic. So even if Bruce and Ali did fight, it would likely be as dumb and restricted as that one was. Unless it's a street fight in which case Bruce Lee stomps since Ali only knows how to box. Anyway this isn't even the topic. It was supposed to be Chuck Norris vs Lee which was quickly answered. I suggest this topic closes now to prevent anymore off topicness. |

Absolutely not.. It's exploring Lee's true ability. That must first be evaluated before you can come to a conclusion as to the answer of your Original topic. Chuck vs Lee. VS topics can be answered with Chuck or Lee.. But if you really wanna get somewhere you must find out the reasonings behind them. Personally The Total Gym wins on both counts |
