Who all on this forum lifts or works out? I lift 5 days a week cuz I used to play college football so I just do what I'm used to..heres some of my numbers

Bench: 385
squat: 450
40 yard dash: 5.2

Squat: no idea, probably a lot better than my bench.

I can do 40 yards in about 4.7.
I'm 6.3/6.4 so my bench should be better, but I train more cardio because I don't really need much strength in football (soccer).

Well i am only 14 so i don't a lot of heavy weights but i do some light stuff. But when i tried to get a little weight i got

Bench:75-80kg so roughly 165 pounds

Squat: don't no
I do 100 meter sprints in which i get 14 seconds sometimes 13.5 when running well.

thats a pretty good bench for a 14 year old..keep it up man and let me know if you want a good workout plan

Thanks man i might ask in the not to distant future. Yer i go alright but at my age i never do weights by myself i always have a spotter or someone close by.

Ha ha, you can bench more than me and I'm 21 :p

I can only manage about 60-70kg.

100 metre sprint - 12-14 seconds. That was years ago though when I was about 14. Should be faster now since I've trained.

That's pretty logical. I hope your body can lift more than your shoulders and arms :P

I'm 5'10 I can bench 220 as well and squat about 385-400 I think. Haven't done it in a while. I have stronger shloulders so I can do more incline bench than most. Like my incline to bench ratio might be higher than average. I honestly have not lifted in about 3 months but I've been running and doing more cardio trying to get lean rather than bulky. I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week.
...no idea what my 40 yard is
