One thing that alway kept me thinkin the fact that Sam (T.B) never made Admin; I mean this guy has to be one of the most underrated & committed guys on DBZ who never made Admin. No one has ever done as much contributions as Sam (besides Kyonko that is), He has been here as long as myself since the early days and I've seen him do stuff for this forum that, in my opinion, helped kept the forum alive all these years and for that, he has to be the guy I respect the most even though he was one of the first homies that I kne w on DBZF and had some rockin' times back in the 2005. . Unless Sam doesn't really want to be an Admin as it is a big job running a forum, It's cool and it ain't none of my business. I know this is random just talkin about this, but this just somethin I wanted get off my chest. |

Who's this? What's his full name on DBZF? I'd love to be an admin, but I know I won't because I wouldn't contribute much or stay very active as one. If I ever get promoted, I'm stopping at the Elite Member rank. I'm happy with that, honestly. |

I am Sam or TB (TWISTEDBroly, my first login name here on DBZF when I first joined about six years ago). With me, it's always been bad timing. I do believe that I did do the most out of any staff member on this forum to earn their position (initially, that is... back in the day I reported upwards of a thousand rule violations before I made it onto an introductory staff position lol). Despite my good intentions and huge contributions in the past; I really sort of was an ***** up until about 2008. I had my good moments but was far too spontaneous or annoying to really be promoted to anything significant. Ah, those were the days, so many years ago. Yet, it's all still here. Times have changed, people have changed, but some of the old-timers are still around (I joined when I was in 5th grade, I'm now approaching a Senior in High School). The fact is, we just haven't needed a new Admin. The only time I've ever been an inactive member of staff on DBZF was last year when I was addicted to World of Warcraft. I was pretty solid from my join date in 5th grade until last year. The fact of the matter is that this forum has been apart of my life for so long that my position on it does not matter to me. Right now I am the Mod Team Leader or something to that effect (can't remember the name of the official position lol) and I'm fine with that. The pissing contest I always participated in when I was younger is now invalid to me. Although, I have been skeptical of some of the Administrative decisions made, the forum has always been alright. I do what I can around here and as long as I'm making a difference that's all that counts. It's fun.

Let us not turn this into a "I want to be admin", "lets hold a vote", "Person X is a star star star" ... Thanks. I do respect Neci quite a bit, but you should realize that Neci already is an admin. He becoming an admin wouldn't instantly change a bunch of things around here, (if that is what you are thinking Graffiti), because we act as a democracy. Or at least we try. Neci has just as much right as the other admins to stand up and propose the right path, as does the rest of the mods. Admin control panel access does not equal instant greatness. Thank you Graffiti for placing your opinion. |

Being a Staff member is hard (I know from experience) enough let alone Admin. This forum looks really well and seems to be run well. It's amazing to me how long this forum has been going and how much activity it still has. Thanks to all the Staff past and present who have done a great job on this forum. WE ARE TRULY THANKFUL! |
