Why were the andriods stronger in the present timeline?

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga N/A	This has been on my mind fro quite some time now, why were androids 17 and 18 stronger in the present time line?? 	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

Trunks said some events changed in the present because of his time travelling. Dr. Gero was still alive, Android 19 was completely new to Trunks, and the twins were a lot stronger.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I think Cell's presence may have caused some changes too. When Trunks returns to the past he can't understand how so many things have changed. Then when they discover cell I think I remember him saying something about how Cell's presence may explain some things. Not sure how though to be honest. All he did was bury himself in the ground for a few years.

I don't think they ever explained WHY time traveling caused those changes, but one thing's for sure, the androids of the present were stronger than the ones from the future. Stronger and less evil. That's a fact.

There's no proof they were stronger other than Trunks' misinformed line, and their personality differences can easily be explained: they had a goal in the main timeline whereas they didn't in the future timeline. There's not really a difference between the future androids and the main ones.

Lol If anything, the only person who could state how strong the twins were compared to their future selves was Trunks. How can YOU say there was no difference? Explain that to me. I find it funny that you easily dismiss Trunks comment to go on assuming there was no difference only because you say so. "There was no proof other than Trunks line". Trunks was the one who came all the way from the future, he was the one who knew what was going on.
