At 12am the day ends (as does the employment of whoever was sacked) and the night starts, and lasts until 12pm the next day. That's the time scale we're working on. Feel free to talk and try to suss each other out just now, but votes won't be counted until the first daytime. edit this is going by British time, I hope this isn't a problem.
