Just found this on another forum. Look how accurate. Man, when I see a list like this, it confirms how good my numbers truly are...

This is the best place to start when creating a power level list. Now, it's not perfect, but this is a perfect basis, standard line of thinking to really start from.

Notice, this is also a combination of Kiri and Scouter levels all combined into one method...

800 kiri = 800 million on a scouter.

Its a nice guide.
Definitely has some reliable numbers there but its quite flawed.

Cell = SSJ Gotenks? wtf

Yadrat Goku- no power boost?

MSSJ Goku > MSSJ Gohan????

Yeah you get the idea

It's pretty legit for the most part i'll agree. When you move to the Cell and Buu parts you'll have disagreements on power levels of some characters. Like DbzHybrid pointed out Perfect Cell is equal to SSJ Gotenks is pretty wack. But the math is right given the SSJ2 and SSJ3 multipliers. Gotenks level 3 would be equal to Super Buu. Gotenks being a magic/ritual fusion character is probably makes his ki, stamina and endurance stronger than a normal SSJ.

This is good reference material and give us some insight. I did notice they don't have any of the androids, including the imperfect cells. I'd really like to see those, so we could get an understanding of how strong 16-18 are, as well as how much of Cell's sync with the cyborgs increased his strength.

Piccolo Daimao > Piccolo Jr.

Yadrat Goku being only 150.000.000 as SSJ can´t be true.

Gotenks SSJ is on par with Cell can´t also be true.

Gotenks SSJ is at least equal to Goku SSJ 3.

Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

This is unofficial. I won't say it's fake, because it's clearly real, but it's not in any official guidebook or the manga, so yeah.

After looking at that thing a bit more closely, I noticed that the reborn Piccolo is called “Piccolo Junior”, rather than “Ma Junior”, like he usually is in Japanese. “Piccolo Junior” is, however, what Funi calls him. And Freeza’s second form has a BP of 1,200,000…which is 1% of his full power of 120,000,000. There was a line in the Funi dub about him only using 1% of his full power while in his second form, but you wouldn’t really expect a Japanese fan to know that, would you? So I'm thinking this might have been made by someone mostly familiar with the Funi dub, but with decent knowledge of Japanese, who wanted to create a fake Japanese guidebook scan. If the scan wasn't made by a native Japanese speaker, it would certainly explain why there's only words and short phrases in the scan, and not a single complete sentence.

Some other odd things I noticed: The picture of Oozaru Goku is labeled as him from the 22nd TB, rather than the 21st. Goku’s listed as 910 versus Raditz, and Piccolo as 890. 910 is the Weekly Jump BP for Goku at the 23rd TB, while I think 890 isn’t used for anything outside of this chart. Gohan is listed as 2,500 against Raditz, while in the manga and daizenshuu he’s 1,307.

Jeese's picture is labeled "Recoom"! It's a bit cut off by SSj Goku's hair, but it's still pretty clear.

Nope, never seen it. It's not from any of the official guidebooks (daizenshuu, Landmark/Forever, GT Perfect Files, Densetsu books, SEGs, etc), that's for sure. The DB wikia says it's from "a magazine", but that's not terribly helpful. What magazine, and when did it come out? That's fairly important info, and you shouldn't trust them if they can't provide it.

Truth, be told, I have actually heard rumors of there having been an issue of V-Jump that had a section on converting kiri readings into Freeza-style battle powers. Olivier Hague mentioned it some time ago, and according to him the conversation was 1 kiri = 50,000 BP. If you do the math, this puts Super Saiyan Goku in the Boo arc as equal to Super Saiyan Goku on Namek (50,000 x 3,000 = 150,000,000). Anyway, I never could manage to find any other mention of this V-Jump issue. Maybe this scan is of it, but I doubt it. The paper quality and lack of color don't resemble a V-Jump page.

Back to the scan though: it also could be from an unofficial guidebook, of which there are quite a few. For instance, there's the two "Secret of DragonBall" books, part of the "Secret of..." series of unofficial manga/anime guidebooks. Or some sort of Japanese unofficial DB magazine, similar to Beckett's here in the US. Or it could come from all sorts of other things, really. Just because it appears to have been printed in something is no reason to assume that it must be something legitimate .

But yeah, it's fake. SSJ Goku's hair overlaps onto the writing for Jeece, SSJ3 Goku's hair does the same to the writing for SSJ Trunks, and Piccolo Daimao's BP is recorded as being one of the dragonballs. Meanwhile Gohan's first appearance is 3,500, while Cyborg Tao Pai Pai and the Namek warrior have 210 and 3,000 before kanji.

Yea got my hopes up for no reason. It did seem odd to never have heard of Cell/Buu Saga numbers in all this time. Silly me. It's a fake of course. Please close the thread, thank you.

It's ok no need to close it really.
It does have some correct but really it isnt.

I mean.... Super Saiyan Gotenks being equal to Perfect Cell.... that just doesn't even make the slightest sense as it contradicts pretty much everything in the manga for the Buu arc progression.
But yeah

I think it does offer some good insight on certain things...

800 killi = 800 million

1 killi = 1 million

I actually just incorporated that into my levels. But yea they got the Gotenks stuff wrong, hell I don't think anyone has Gotenks right besides me.

Base Gotenks Post > SSJ Gotenks Pre > SSJ3 Goku

Will not be found in nearly anyone's levels. So of course they got it wrong, everyone does.

on gotenks. if ssj x50, then base gotenks post cant be greater than ssj gotenks pre. it is only if the ssj modifiers are based on addition that increases like that are feasible, but the prevailing opinion is that ssj is a 50x or larger multiplier throughout the series, so that certain things will never make sense.

Well like I said I use the killi system. Yakon 800 - SSJ Goku 3,000. I have Goku suppressed there, plus Badibi's measurement cannot read higher than that.

I think SSJ is a 5x boost.

Fusion SSJ is a 2.5 boost.

i agree that ssj is much less of a difference by buu saga, except i dont see fusions getting less than everyone else. we've already had that discussion, though. i'm just saying that there will be severe disagreements over ssj power, and therefore there will be severe disagreements over everything else in the buu arc. for example, with a 50x ssj, gotenks postrosat is 1/2 as powerful as piccolo in base.
