Pan is so powerful that she managed to send General Rild, who is above Gohan-Boo, flying with two hits while enraged. Even without rage boost she was powerful enough to fight alongside GT Base Goku, who is above a SSin Gohan whose base form could easily be closing in on Gotenks-Boo at the very least. Son Pan being below Freeza is completely absurd. pan is very strong but she would have to become a super saiyan to win
