This is a short story I decided to do for Halloween, this is Part 1 of 3. Part 2 will be released Saturday night, and Part 3 Sunday night. Each part is really short about two pages or less, so enjoy and please leave feedback ![]() Halloween Horror Part 1-The Walk October 31, 10:00 P.M “Ben are you ready?” Heather shouted from the living room. Heather had long black hair and green eyes. She was sixteen years old and Ben's best friend. They had known each other ever since they were six years old. “Hold on, I'm almost ready,” Ben responded from the other room. Heather was wearing a sexy vampire costume waiting for Ben so they could go over to another friend's house. The door to the other room opened to reveal Ben, dressed up as a handsome vampire. He had short brown hair and green eyes. He smiled at her and she smiled back at him. “So you're ready?” Heather asked. “Now I am.” “Hey I have an idea Ben since the house is not that far from here, we should walk. I'm sure it will be exiting,” Heather told him with a smile. “Well, walk we shall then,” Ben responded as he smiled big. “Ha, ha. You're funny,” she said as she began blushing a little. Ben opened the door for her and then made sure that it was locked. “This party better be good,” Ben said as he began walking next to Heather. The streets were silent and completely dark. “Wow this is so freaky,” Heather said as she looked around. “You want to go back and take the car instead?” Ben asked. “No, no, this awesome. This is what Halloween is all about.” “Well the way you are dressed lets hope we don't see any perverts around.” “Well, I wouldn't mind if you stared me down,” she said as she winked at him. “What do you think I've been doing?” he responded as he winked back at her. The two of them started laughing and began walking a little more. 10:10 P.M. Ben and Heather were still walking at a regular pace when Ben stopped. “Well this has been a nice relaxing walk so far,” Ben said as he turned to Heather and smiled. “Why did you stop?” Heather asked. “Well I wanted you to take a little break... and I wanted to tell you something.” “Tell me what?” “Heather, I love you,” He said with a confident smile in his face. Heather was speechless for a few seconds but then smiled and blushed. “I love you too,” she responded. The two of them got close and then kissed each other and gave one another a big hug. “I am so happy,” Heather said as she held on to him tightly. “Me too,” Ben agreed. “This is going to be the best night of my life, all because of this moment,” Heather said as she let go of him. “Yeah, now lets go to that party and have a lot of fun,” Ben said as he grabbed her hand. The both of them began walking some more. 10:15 P.M. Heather and Ben were holding hands as the streets were still empty. They both stopped in front of a house that still had its lights on. “Look, that house still has the lights on, do you think they are giving out candy?” Heather asked. “Ha, ha, maybe but we're a tiny bit too old for trick or treating,” Ben responded. “I don't think it matters how old we are. If they are still giving out candy its not like anyone else is going to ring on their door bell.” “Well I guess we could try and enjoy some candy on the way to the party,” Ben said. “Exactly, I'll go ring the bell,” Heather said with a smile. “Nah, you stay here. Just in case it's some pervert guy. I'll go ring the door bell,” Ben said. Ben slowly approached the house a little nervous. He could see through the window that the television was still on. He slowly knocked on the door and waited a few moments. There was no answer. The moment he turned back the door opened and behind it was an elderly woman that looked to be in her nineties. “I am so sorry ma'am, the lights were on and I assumed that...” Ben said. “Oh that's alright, me and my husband are still awake, and we have some candy left of course. I'm an old lady and I'm getting tired so if it's alright with you, you can come inside and grab the candy since I have it in the kitchen. Ben thought for a second on what to do. He looked back at Heather who was in the sidewalk with a big smile in her face. He knew he couldn't let her down, and this old lady seemed harmless. He could not see the problem in going to the kitchen and getting some candy for the both of them. “Heather you have your cell phone with you right?” Ben asked. “Yeah of course, I never leave the house without the cell phone,” Heather responded. “Alright, stay right there I'll be right back.” “Where are you going?” “Just going to grab some candy,” he responded and smiled at her. “Ben, no. Don't go inside, we don't need the candy.” “Nah, it's not a problem, me and you will have some candy for the rest of our walk,” Ben responded as he smiled. He looked at the old lady which gave him a charming smile. “You two are adorable,” she said as she went into the house and Ben followed her. Heather felt a chill go through her spine. He looked around and saw someone walking towards them from very far down the street. She took out her cellphone and decided to first text her friend. 'Ben told me, he loves me. I am so happy but now he went into an old ladies house and someone seems to be walking in my direction, I'm scared I hope Ben comes out soon, see you at the party girly,' she pressed the send button and a message popped up saying it was sent in two texts. She looked at her time and saw that it was ten twenty at night already, they wanted to be at the party at ten thirty, but luckily they still only had a two or three more minutes to walk. The person from the distance was getting closer and Ben still hadn't come out. She then saw someone step out of the door and was relieved to see it was Ben. “I'm so glad to see you Ben, let's go someone seems to be coming our way,” she quickly said as Ben remained quiet. He approached her slowly and she looked into his eyes, she let our a small scream as she saw that his green eyes were gone and were replaced by two gray creepy looking eyes. “Ben what's wrong?” she asked freighted at the sight of the person she loved. He looked at her without a word as he reached for his pocket. He took out a knife and grabbed her mouth so that she wouldn't make noise. The next thing he did was stab her in the heart as he looked at her eyes and watched them lose every trace of life. Edited by -Zero-, Oct 31 2010, 07:04 AM.

Halloween Horror Part 2-House of Evil October 31, 10:00 P.M. Derek looked in the mirror as he washed his face. The nineteen year old turned the water off and dried his face with a towel. He left the bathroom and walked all the way to the kitchen hoping to find something to eat. He checked the freezer and took out an ice cream as he headed back to the living room. He took a seat on a black leather couch and picked up the controller as he took a bite from his ice cream. He started flipping channels to see if there was any good horror film on. When he couldn't find anything good he turned off the television and walked to his room where he laid down in his bed and closed his eyes to try and relax. October 31, 10:15 P.M. Derek opened his eyes and quickly looked at the time. When he saw that only seventeen minutes had passed he growled irritated and stood up from the bed. He opened the door to his closet where he took out a sweatshirt and put it on. He walked to the main door where he put on his shoes and left the house at ten seventeen. The streets were quite empty and very quiet also. He liked the feel of being outside, it made him feel relaxed. He began walking up towards the street. October 31, 10:20 P.M. As he kept walking he could see a girl from a distance standing outside all alone. 'What's someone doing outside all alone at this time of the night?' he thought as he continued to walk towards the girl. He quickly stopped walking when he saw a boy leaving the house. He could see that they were both younger than he was. He saw the boy approach the girl and moments later he saw something horrifying. The boy had stabbed the girl and she was now on the ground bleeding to death. He looked at the house in which the boy had come from and saw an elderly lady, watching and smiling. Derek was not the kind of guy to just stand there and do nothing, he immediately took out his cell phone and began dialing nine one one as he ran towards the girl. The old lady and the boy still hadn't noticed him getting closer. He quickly looked at his cell phone and saw that all service he had was lost. “Go to that party boy, show them true horror,” he heard the old lady say. Derek was lost for moment, he didn't know what to do without service on his phone he couldn't call for help. He quickly threw the phone towards the boys head. The boy quickly looked at him and then turned around to walk away. “DON'T WALK AWAY FROM ME!” Derek shouted. The boy didn't turn back he just kept walking away and he saw the old lady going back inside the house and closing the door. Derek quickly sprinted towards the boy and kicked him in the back making him fall on the ground. He grabbed the boys head and smashed it on the ground making him lose consciousness. He turned back to where the girl was laying on the ground and quickly jogged to her. He felt her pulse to see if she was alive but it was too late, the girl was dead. Derek sat on the ground next to her devastated that he wasn't able to help save her life, that he had stopped when he saw the boy coming out. “This is my fault,” Derek said to her as he looked at her. She was a stranger to him, but that didn't change the fact that she was dead, that she was still young. Tears began coming down his face. He looked at the boy who was still unconscious in the middle of the street. Derek took a few moments to think the situation through. He then stood up and walked to the house where the boy had come out from. He began knocking on the door hard but did not get any answer. The light outside was turned off and so was all the lights inside the house. “You sick people, if that's the way you want to play, then let's play,” Derek said extremely angry. He kicked the window right next to the door breaking it down. He then entered the house and looked around to see nothing but complete darkness. October 31, 10:33 P.M. He took a few steps forward and began hearing laughter all around him. “What do you hope to accomplish?” he heard a woman's voice said. “Who the hell are you people?” Derek asked. “You are not compatible with us, leave now if you wish to stay alive,” a man's voice said. “What did you do to them outside? You sick bastards,” Derek said irritated as he took a few more steps into the house and found a light switch and turned on the living room light. “You are making a big mistake boy,” the woman's voice said. He looked around the living room in shock. The walls were white with red stains, and the paintings in the walls were all about zombies, death, skeletons, mutations. “Where did you sick people come from?” Derek shouted. “The boy came to us, we did to him as he wished,” the man's voice said. “Show yourselves you cowards!” “Or what. What will you do next, punch us with your hands?” the woman's voice said. Derek found his way to the kitchen and turned the light on in there. He immediately felt like throwing up when he saw a middle aged woman's head on top of the table. And on the ground were two hands. “What the hell is this?” Derek said in shock as he saw a knife and grabbed it. “This is your last chance to leave boy, there will be consequences if you stay,” both voices said. “Why do you want me to leave so bad when you could just come and kill me,” Derek said as he stepped out of the kitchen into a very small hallway. “This is beyond your comprehension boy, you were given enough chances to leave. Now we must kill you,” both voices said as two people came out from the bedroom in front of him. Both the woman and the man were very old. Both of them looked to be in their nineties and they both had a very frightening feel to them. “It's about time you two showed yourselves,” Derek said as he tightened his grip on the knife. The old man began running towards Derek at a quick speed. Derek moved to the side and swung his knife making a cut in the man's right cheek. “I don't know who the hell are you, or where the hell you came from. But your evil deeds will end tonight,” Derek shouted as the man wiped away some blood from his cheek. Derek looked at the old woman who had an evil smirk in her face which sent him chills. For some reason Derek felt like the old woman was way more dangerous than the man was. The man began running towards him again as he quickly turned around and stabbed him in the heart. He took the knife back as the man struggled for air and grabbed on his chest as he fell on the ground dead. “Good riddance,” Derek said as he wiped the knife clean with his clothes. He looked at old woman who still had an evil smirk in her face. “Why are you smirking at me? You're next!” He shouted in disgust as he began walking towards the old lady. “I am sorry to disappoint you boy, but it is not mine or your time yet,” she said as she began laughing. Derek knew her laugh would hunt him for the rest of his life. It was powerful and scary and then she disappeared right before his eyes. He looked back and saw that the old man was still laying there dead. Tears came down Derek's face as he walked back to the main door and opened it. The girl was still lying on the ground dead but the boy was not in the same place. He quickly looked up the street and saw the boy walking quickly holding the knife in his hand, a knife which Derek had forgotten to grab. He had a feeling the boy was still going to try and head to the party, he knew if the boy made it a lot of people would end up dead. The boy was ought of sight before Derek made his decision and began running in the same direction as the boy was walking. - 10:45 P.M. Edited by -Zero-, Oct 31 2010, 07:05 AM.

Enjoy the last of three Parts Halloween Horror Part 3-The Party Massacre October 31, 10:15 P.M. The old lady was looking outside through her window. "What do you see?" the old man asked. "A boy, someone fit, someone eligible," the old lady responded. "So all we do now is wait," the old man said as he showed up next to the old lady. Moments later the door bell rang. The old lady looked at the old man and smiled. She left the bedroom all the way to the door. She opened the door and saw a boy standing there with a girl behind him in the sidewalk. "I am so sorry ma'am, the lights were on and I assumed that..." the boys aid. "Oh that's alright, me and my husband are still awake, and we have some candy left of course. I'm an old lady and I'm getting tired so if it's alright with you, you can come inside and grab the candy since I have it in the kitchen." She looked at him waiting to see what he was going to say. He looked back at the girl standing in the sidewalk as she had a big smile in her face. The old lady sensed that this boy did not want to disappoint the girl, this was going to work out perfectly. She was sensing that the boy had already made up his mind. "Heather you have your cell phone with you right?" the boy asked. "Yeah of course, I never leave the house without the cell phone," the girl responded. "Alright, stay right there I'll be right back." the boy said. "Where are you going?" the girl asked. "Just going to grab some candy," he responded and smiled at her. "Ben, no. Don't go inside, we don't need the candy." "Nah, it's not a problem, me and you will have some candy for the rest of our walk," the boy responded as he smiled. He looked at the old lady with a charming smile and she knew it was all a victory. "You two are adorable," she said as she went into the house and the boy followed her. She closed the door behind him and then looked at him with a smile. "The kitchen is right this way dear," the old lady said as she walked in front of him and let her follow. As soon as they entered the kitchen the old man grabbed him by the mouth and smashed his head against the wall knocking him unconscious. "Nice job Albert," the old lady said as she picked up the boy and put him on top of the table. "Now stay away," she told the old man and she got down on her knees and began chanting out weird words. Not long after the boy opened his eyes, completely gray and emotionless. "Now my boy, you shall do what you do best, kill the girl outside, head to the party and kill everyone. Horror shall once again spread, and the era of the witches shall rise!" she said as Ben stood up from the table and the old man handed him a knife. Ben walked straight to the entrance door and stepped outside, the old lady watched from a distance as Ben stabbed the girl standing in the street. She quickly walked back to the entrance of the house. "Go to that party boy, show them true horror," she told him with a huge grin in her face. "DON'T WALK AWAY FROM ME!" she heard someone shout. She quickly looked and saw another boy running towards them. She noticed that Ben did not care and kept walking away. She closed the door still with a huge grin in her face. "Good job my boy," she said. "What is it?" Albert asked. "Well Albert we have company, time to play hide and seek," she responded with a grin. "One of my favorites," Albert responded as they both hid in darkness. October 31, 10:45 P.M. Derek was trying to run as fast as he could to catch up with the boy walking away but the boy was nowhere in sight. "Where did he go, where did he go!" Derek shouted as he heard a scream coming from a house close by. He looked to his left and knew what house it was. There were a lot of cars parked in front and the lights were on. The sound of music could also be heard. He heard another scream come from the house. He knew he didn't have any time to waste, it was time to run and try to save them from whatever evil this was. He sprinted towards the house and didn't have to worry about knocking a door down, it was wide open and at the entrance two people lay dead with a pool of blood around them. He took a few steps inside the house as he heard a few more people panicking. He was holding on to his knife tightly. He took a right turn and ended up inside the bathroom, the party had become quiet, he could not hear anyone screaming or panicking and the music had been shut off, was he too late? He went back to where he came from and this time took a left turn. The sight in front of him was horrifying, blood all over the walls, the furniture, and plenty of dead bodies. "How! How... how did he kill so many people so quickly.... how?" Derek kept asking as tears began coming down his face. "You're too late," a voice that he recognized said from behind him. He slowly turned around to see the old lady there. "Who are you people? This is all your fault!" Derek shouted loudly. "Me and the man you killed are what you would call witches, we took the boys soul to ourselves and replaced it with our will," the old lady responded. "You are sick, you killed all these people!" "Death is what we live for, horror is what gives us strength." "Then I will end this right now by killing you!" Derek screamed as he threw the knife towards the old lady. She moved to the side which made the knife go against a wall. At that exact moment Derek was jumped from the side by Ben as they both struggled on the ground. "You see Derek, you are not eligible to have your soul removed from you, some people are just meant to suffer, and you are one of them Derek. You are special, unfortunately this is as far as you will go," the old lady said as she gave a horrifying laugh and vanished. Derek kicked Ben and pushed him away from him. He looked at the wall and saw that the old lady had taken the knife he had thrown. He looked at Ben who was tightly holding his own knife, he knew he had to find another way. Ben jumped towards him and he kicked Ben back. He ran to the closest bedroom and closed the door and made sure to lock it. He began opening drawers hoping to find something that could help him. He found a an automatic pistol and took it out. He checked to make sure the gun was loaded and took one deep breath. He unlocked the door and opened and didn't see anyone. He had his gun ready as he stepped out of the bedroom. He slowly walked into the living room and waved his gun around. He walked towards the hallway when he heard someone charging at him from behind, he quickly turned around and fired his gun three times. He saw the boys eyes turn back to green as he fell on the ground lifeless. Derek dropped the gun and walked out of the living room outdoors. He took a seat in front of the house where he saw the old lady standing in the middle of the street. "See you next Halloween," she said as she vanished. He began crying with the terrors that the night had brought upon him. The girl's face and the boy's face came back to his mind as he began crying harder as time kept on passing by. He must have sat there for a good hour because the next time he checked his cell phone it was already midnight, it was an all new day. November had come, it was a new day but the terror of what had happened still remained. He stood up and began walking away from the house as he didn't show any emotion, he knew there was something he had to do. Edited by -Zero-, Nov 1 2010, 06:54 AM.
