That's because unlike the other forms, Kid Buu is in complete control of his power. There were no kais holding him back.

I don't remember who, but didn't someone mention that Buu was using magic to regenerate, and not actual energy?

Or that just apply to Fat Buu? :o
Try this, you might like it.

I dont think it was stated anywhere how Boo regenerated.

I also didnt notice Boo's regeneration getting weaker. I suppose it may have been slower against Vegeto, but thats because he was getting angry and actually losing stamina because he was so overpowered.

I dont think for any reason that Boo loses his regeneration ability to any extent after absorbing people.

Absorbing people seems to dilute Buu's power. In the purified kid Buu state all his abilities are at max.
Also I think Buu needs to make the conscious decision to regenerate. He often takes hits and the limbs don't grow back until he grunts and forces them out.
What doesn't make sense to me is that the amount of energy he puts out to destroy a planet doesn't kill him, but the spirit bomb did, and that blast didn't even destroy the Kai planet.

the spirit bomb is relatively undamaging to the environment for its power. always has been always will be. it is the force of life, only wieldable by those with pure hearts and noble intentions, and therefore it is a defensive weapon, not offensive. the explosion of a spirit bomb never does damage to anything except its target, only the pressure of it leaves a crater.

to use the instant transmission, you have to be able to sense someones ki to move to. have you ever tried to see a candle thats behind a spotlight shining straight into your eyes? thats what sensing ki around a spirit bomb would be like. also, it takes a little time and full concentration to use the IT, and buu didnt have that time, he had to use everything he had to block the spirit bomb

...You're talking about a completely different thing than i am.

Instant Transmission and Instanteous movement are two different things

Super Buu is in full control too. Super Buu actually has strategy, and has fully control over the absorbed fighters.
Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

Super Buu didnt have Instantaneous movement or Transmission cause if he did then he would have caught Goku straight away before he tried to fuse with Vegeta. Of course they would still fuse but ultimately Super Buu cant but Kid Buu can.

Also Kid Buu's regeneration is the best.
And no Buu doesnt use energy to regenerate, he can just do it at will with no cost because he was designed to be unstoppable.

Buu definatly has instantanious movements, i refer you to chaper 510 page 8 where hes floating off in space after blowing up the earth then hes on the planet of the kai's that instantaneous movement
