And Bojack got utterly owned by a SSJ 2 and was outmatched, meanwhile Cell was barely surviving. And not to forget Cell was playing suppressed against Bojack, so Full Power would takes this what totally outclasses a SSJ 1.

You lot are forgetting that Cell only "survived" Gohan's attacks because Gohan was holding back a massive amount of his power, as he said himself he wanted to make Cell suffer before killing him. Do you honestly think he couldn't of one-shotted Cell if he wanted to?

Against Bojack, Gohan went right for the kill, which is why Bojack died much faster.

The fact that Bojack is stronger then Perfect Cell at least in sheer power is almost unarguable from my point of view. We have the perfect comparison - Gohan shot a Kamehameha at both Perfect Cell and Bojack.

Against Bojack, Gohan fully charged his beam in the correct stance, but Bojack was able to cancel it out with his ultimate attack (while he was mortally wounded!), after which they both rushed forward into the light and Gohan delievered the final blow to Bojack.

Cell took much longer to charge up a Kamehameha then Bojack did his attack, as a desperate attempt to destroy Gohan. He clearly put his all into it, but Gohan simply stood there and then fired a Kamehameha at the last second, he didn't even bother to take up a charging stance. Even so, Cell's Kamehameha was effortlessly overpowered. Cell was only saved from death then by his regeneration.

So, Bojack's ultimate attack was able to match in power SSJ2 Gohan's charged Kamehameha, which was done fully in the correct stance.

On the other hand, SSJ2 Gohan's effortless Kamehameha (not even charged properly) easily cut through the Kamehameha that Cell took a long time to charge.

Obviously, Bojack's beam was far stronger then Perfect Cell's. We have no reason to believe Bojack's technique is anything out of the ordinary, so therefore we can put his power above Perfect Cell's, quite a bit above it, in fact. But the gap from SSJ to SSJ2 is very large, which is why Bojack was still handled easily by Gohan.

Still, the power gap between Cell and Bojack would likely not be big enough to secure Bojack a victory. Cell could still win this if he plays smart, and I think he probably would. I'm just getting the point across that you're all horribly underestimating Bojack's power level. He was able to man-handle Vegeta in his base form without even trying, and Gohan was visibly scared of him when he first emerged, again in his base form, and commented that his energy was amazing. This is the same Gohan that fought Cell.

So to sum up, unless anyone has any issues with what I've said, Bojack does have the power advantage, but Cell could pull the win off if he makes the most of his techniques, regeneration and tactical mind. But then again, if he gets hit by a Galactic Buster he probably won't be coming back, or at the very least damaged to the point his Ki would easily be cut in half. It could go either way.
