He could beat up most fighters that he comes across. Hercule wins but no way would he want to hurt his daughter

Hercule was at one point the Champ and for all we know it was honest victories with his abilities and strengths. I mean even later on he talks of fighters that were easy and he tells his tales of who is who and how it went down sometimes. So I think Hercule is Genuinely one of the most powerful humans. He is the world champ. Now, looking at Videl we could say plenty as well. She's young and has so much determination in victory. She never stops. She is very much active in her activities with saving the town/city and also training constantly. Before the training with Gohan she is known not only as the Champs daughter but she's created a name in Orange town as a hero who helps local police with situations. I think she can be very smart in her actions but then again her stubbornest shows as well. I think one of the key quotes to use in this debate is from Gohan, sometime along the lines of, Videl being more powerful than her father. This thought was early on before she'd gotten into any real training aside from letting her powers out in the open to be able to use them. So, in conclusion I'd say it is Videl with her active youth that still has a bit of an edge over her father because of her old age however in the first post...it is true it's very possible that the younth and active can be halted by those with more battle experience and techinque because clearly power doesn't always win the battle
