Why binary? How is it useful in everyday life?
Computers wouldn't work without them.

Infact, nothing that uses electricity would.

If you look at a switch, it usually has the number 1 and 0 on, the 1 meaning on and 0 meaning off. That is binary, you see it a lot in you life.

Well a light switch is by far the most analog example of binary you can have.

Modern Phones wouldn't work.
Microwaves wouldn't work.
Washers, dryers, cars, televisions...
Everything that makes life easy wouldn't work without binary. If it has a circuit board in it, it runs off binary. Now how important is it?

In saying that binary is what made the human race lazy.

Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.
