 no just after the first rosat. as he is vs semi perfect. grade 2/ussj. additionally...why do you think theres a "huge" power difference between vegeta in his first bout with perfect cell and the hypothetical rematch? to me it didnt seem like vegeta was even a match for the supressed cell goku was fighting.

How does Vegeta beat Cell in a rematch when he couldn't even beat a Cell Jr. after spending another day or so in the time chamber?

Cell was clearly much stronger than Vegeta, suppressed or not.

 Oh, my entire first post was under the assumption this was SSjG2 after the 2nd RoSaT. Here's what I think now then.

1. Effortless win.
2. Same.
3. Same.
4. Might have a little trouble with so many people, but he'd win nonetheless.
5. Vegeta knows the weakness of that form, so he'd use it against Trunks. Unless Trunks somehow gets a good hit in, Vegeta will win. Trunks will tire himself out. I actually think it'd be similar to how Cyborg #18 let SSj Vegeta tire himself out, except Vegeta won't be getting hit to tire Trunks out.
6. He'd lose against Yakon (and perhaps Pocus depending on where you place Base Vegeta in the Boo saga).
7. Hm. I'd actually give this to Bio-Broly without too much trouble. I would place the kids, prior to the RoSaT, somewhere in between initial Perfect Cell and the Cell Games SSjs.
8. See above.
9. Vegeta would need like two more trips to the RoSaT to even be a match for FPSSj Kid Gohan. Goku was already almost twice as strong.
10. Cell Jr. rapes Vegeta.
11. Despite #16 saying Vegeta was still better at everything than initial Perfect Cell, I'd say Cell was stronger.

He was confident he'd be the one to win the Cell Games despite Goku going first. It wasn't that cocky confidence he usually has either, as he appears calm and collected when he says it. In order for him to think that, he'd need to be stronger than 50% SSj Goku. When Goku and Cell are fighting we don't see any reactions from Vegeta. It's only when Goku goes 100% (and Cell powers up) that we see Vegeta astounded.
