 All out battle. Base vegeta at the end of z vs uub at the end of z.

 If Oob can stay angry, he might do some good damage to Vegeta. If not, I don't think he'd win. I personally just put Goku and Vegeta equal at the end of Z, so as to not complicate things.

Vegeta wouldn´t taunt him since he dosen´t care for Uub, he would just kick him out of the ring, his goal was fighting Goku not Uub.
Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

 not in the last tournament. and vegeta insults and taunts even if he doesnt need to lol. its just who he is. he might set uub off just by being like "this pathetic earthling isnt worth my time". for the sake of argument, vegeta is fighting angry uub

Vegeta would just say "So your the reborn Buu? Pathetic, lets get this over with trash", Uub would get scared and his ***** kicked.

And even if he fights a pissed Uub, Vegeta would win, Goku wasn´t going all out and Vegeta would, and for my view Vegeta and Goku were equal.
