 ill make it mecha frieza and full powered pui pui (meaning he's on his home planet)

 yes but supreme kai seemed afraid of pui pui yet thought first form frieza was nothing to him. and pui pui only thought 10x would make a difference cos he still saw vegeta as an earthling. so i think its a close match

 10x gravity is nothing, frieza moved just fine on vegeta. however, i think pui pui has this easily, id put him right around 17/18 power

 I don't think Kaioshin was scared of Pocus honestly. I think he was just afraid for Vegeta. Maybe that's just me though.

 Freiza travelled across the Universe, planet to planet.
10x would be nothing to him at all.
Supreme Kai was only worried cause he didnt want ANY energy to go to Majin Buu at all.
And he didnt know how strong they were.

Hmm... Given that he has the Majin Seal i have to say Pui Pui

 ^ Yes because he believed Gohan was the strongest.
Also he didnt know how strong Pui Pui was. He was worried because Babidi recruited the strongest of enemies.

If i was to be biased Freeza would win cause he's awesome and Pui Pui is like the worst character =/

Although it's hard to determine how strong Pui Pui is, I don't think he was really that weak. It's just that Vegeta, after training for seven years, completely outclassed him in every way. In a similar manner to Semi-Perfect Cell, who although was far from weak (a direct punch to the face from 16 did nothing), was a joke compared to how strong Vegeta was. I think that may be the case for Pui Pui also.
