Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Pokemon and Bleach	There almost close to each other in power according to my power levels and Good Buu has quicker regeneration then Super Perfect Cell does. Good Buu would take this victory and if Super Perfect Cell gets another zenkai then he might able to defeat Good Buu.l

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

How much stronger are we talking here? SPC is no match for Good Buu and I think he'd have to be at least on par with Majin Vegeta to do any damage to Buu.

His first Zenkai wasnt that great so his second wouldnt be either. Nowhere near Buu. Buu rapes Cell hardcore no contest. complete utter rape
