So I'm guessing that we are throwing out the whole Yamcha > pikkon with weights fact?

 Ohh. Well, I'd say we should disregard that crap because it's filler, but so is Pikkon himself, so eh. I don't even know. I just think it's obvious Movie 10 Broly would beat Pikkon. I don't think Movie 8 Broly would though.

I can see where you're coming from. I differ in my mindset a bit though. Like I said in another topic, I think there were two parts to Goku & Gohan's training; 1) mastering the SSj form, and 2) maintaining it and training in it for the extra power. I think they got that first part done but didn't get far into the second, and were pulled out/exited the RoSaT for some reason or another (I think because Cell was no longer a threat, or something similar).
Do you think Goku would stop the training with Gohan? I mean it would be dumb from him because there can be always a new threat, Goku wanted Gohan to increase or? so if goku really wanted that he would never stop the training with Gohan.


However, this crap can be debated for days, so to spare you and me time, i´d say we should stick with our opinions, cause debating this without reliable prove is... just... du´h.

 I know, I was just saying they didn't power up to 100% until then.

@Nusu: But would Goku keep Gohan in the room longer than he had to since some way or another they knew they no longer had to be in there? Not to mention ChiChi didn't want Gohan in there longer than necessary anyway.

 goku and gohan left the RoSaT because there was nothing left to be gained from it, however, if we assume that movie 8 was in the first 3 day rest period, which has been established in the broly topic in gt/movies, then they have not had the three days to train yet. i think those three days, while not signifiantly increasing their base power, went a long way towards relearning how to fight under normal gravity. before that training period, they would not have been able to fight at full power for fear of hurting themselves, especially gohan who had never had to adjust to changing gravities before, explaining why he was so outmatched in that fight. piccolo, on the other hand, doesnt need to worry so much about injury because he can heal it in a few seconds and keep going, so he was able to fight all out and be of some use.

Vegeta and Trunks didn´t had any injures when they went off fighting Semi Perfect Cell.

And don´t forget Piccolo´s regeneration cost him ki.


However i think they finished the RoSat like they did in the Anime.

He explicitly asked ChiChi's permission to take Gohan into the RoSaT though. He probably wouldn't have if she didn't allow it, at least that's how it looked to me. Anybody could interrupt them while they're training.

I know he took her permission, but that wouldn´t make Goku stop Gohan´s training, and that somebody would interrupt is rather wrong, since nobody of the z-fighters would go in, cause they know that Goku is training with Gohan, either Chi Chi comes in what is rather not really expectable or she would´ve came in, in the anime version too, she didn´t so, there is still no problem that they finished the training like they did in the Anime and Manga.
