Possible Plot hole with fusions and Buu's body?; o.0

 It is very well known that once Vegetto was absorbed into Buu's body the fusion split. That is because they let down the barrier which helped them contain themselves and not be digested.

Now, we know that the laws of the Universe are not present with Buu thus meaning once they were inside his body the laws of the Potarra Fusion were stopped/negated.

BUT, why is it not the same principle for Gotenks when he is absorbed. The fusion dance being a different type of fusion and all, but still it carries the same laws/ principles as the Potarra fusion except for the time in which they are fused.

The question is... If Vegetto's fusion split then why didn't Gotenks split?

 There was "bad air" in Boo which separated Vegetto. Boo sent the others straight to that one area.

 But his whole body was an abomination. Going off "bad air" isnt to reliable.
The fact that being inside Buu's body meant the laws of the universe arent applied meaning his whole body.
Even if they were sent straight to his head its still his body

 I aggre with DbzHybrid. Gotenks would also be split inside Buu's body or Vegetto should have remained. The only reason Vegetto split is because we get to see Goku and Vegeta again and in order to be more difficult for them to beat Buu.

A twist where Vegetto remained, finished kid Buu would be awesome. And then they could make a wish to shenron to split the fusion in order to end DBZ with Goku as it ended.

 I disagree, the plot hole is not one

Gotenks was successfully absorbed. He had no chance to break the fusion since he was not consciously in control.. Vegetto however was not absorbed, evaded being absorbed in the cocoon egg sac things.. It has to do with that if you ask me

 Well Vegetto remained fused as far as he had his barrier on. He then defused immediately without been able to control it because he was inside Buu's body. Gotenks who was successfully absorbed inside Buu's body why remained fused? Vegetto didn't break the fusion, Buu's inside broke it.

 Gotenks probably didnt even touch the air until he was fully absorbed. The goo surrounded him.. and then flew straight to Boo's side, and he just morphed into Boo directly.

Vegeto was walking around inside Boo's body. He was an invading being. Gotenks was welcome.

 Although i understand what has been said about Gotenks being chosen by Buu's body and being directly absorbed, it still doesnt logically make sense.
Whether Gotenks was directly absorbed or not and sent straight to his head and into the pod, he's still inside Buu's body.
No matter where you go inside his body, it is ALL an abomination of nature and the laws of the universe dont comply.

That means when he was absorbed he should have split just like Vegetto did when he let down the barrier, meaning he should have been Buuccolo straight up.

If anyone can find a logical explanation then please share

 I'm going to have to agree, think of Vegito as a biological entity or Virus attacking buu's body.. His body wasn't cool with that(let's assume that if you are not welcome inside buu, the laws of physics don't apply). Now Gotenks on the other hand was (So Buu's "immune system" ignored him)
