o.O you're in trouble! the mods are gonna ask you to learn to edit your post! anyways, i thought it was common sense that they couldnt go ssj3 alone. It was a miracle that goku even went ssj3 himself... the transformation itself has the same side-effect as the kaio ken, the physical toll on the body is way too much! that why king kai was screaming like a lil "......" the children will just die if there where even able to get through the ssj2 barrier! Probably because their un-fused bodies aren't strong enough to handle it. I guess you can relate this theory to GT when Goku couldn't stay in SSJ3 as a kid for more than a few minutes. |

I think Half Bloods, Aren´t able to go SSJ 3 at all. The Fusion makes them Full Blooded. |

Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one. | |

Because of genetics it's natural for their bodies to go Super Sayian but the next level is to intense for them let alone SS3. |

They don't have the power and their bodies can't handle that amount of drainage. |

At first the fusion's result is a whole new person Gotenks which is extremely stronger than the two kids so it's not comparable to either of the boys. The boy's themselves were in a stage of reaching super saiyan (far from full power as when Goku fought Perfect Cell), too far from ascending SSJ2 not mentioning SSJ3. So you understand how far away from this transformation the boys were. Also think that even Vegeta ever reached this state. Goku didn't master it and managed to reach it in the other world because there were no limits to push his body (he was dead anyway) so he ascended to SSJ3. This transformation cost Goku's time shrinking to the minimum because it pushed him to his limits and it was meant to be used only in the other world. Gotenks is a whole different person much stronger than Goku but SSJ3 also cost him limited fusion time. I bet Vegetto could also turn SSJ3 after reasonable training time. That would be great. |

They probably COULD go SSj3, Goku never stated that it was limited to full blooded Saiya-jins only. The only form to have such limited BS was SSj4 if IRCC The fusion gave them the bonus power they needed to achieve it. And I don't think it's really possible for Goten or Trunks to achieve such a feat because they never really wanted to train seriously.. If Gohan had trained seriously and kept going with it, I might say he had a chance.. but once he achieved mystic, it was really inferior.. |

They could achieve it if they trained individually in the RoSaT or in Other World. |

honestly I don't think any of then can achieve it, not even goku. he only gained it because he had no body to push, and gotanks achieves it because he isn't real, he is just a body formulated by the fusionthus his body had no limits. but not making this another brolli thread, I think he is the only one capable of such power. |

Goku can achieve it. As you remember he used it again fighting Kid Buu after old supreme kai gave his life to him. So he had body to push, but he couldn't be able ever to master it and get used to it that's why he turned back to normal trying to focus power to strike kid Buu. |

i meant the first initial transformation, not the one afterwards. Goku wouldnt be able to push his body to the limits if he was on earth... Gokui only transformed on earth because his body was already conditioned to it but i dont think his body can handle the stress if he was training for it on earth! |
