There are so many examples of perversness in the original Dragonball. Usually featuring Bulma. Yet only a few examples of minor perversness in Dragonball Z. Why do you think this is? Is it because Z was supposed to be centered more around the fighting rather than the "humour"? Or did Toriyama just get bored of having Bulma flash her underwear? Don't get me wrong, I'm not an advocate of cartoon underwear flashing. On the contrary I think it's crude, pointless and not at all funny. I'm just curious as to the possible reasons why they made a shift like this. |

One I think that DBZ was taken more seriously and Two Master Roshi wasn't really a central character anymore so he wasn't around to make those jokes all the time like he was in DB. |

Dragon Ball Z Saga Trailer : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhUkxNkALm8 I've adapted the DBZ anime by editing the anime seasons down into feature films.

Too bad, Too bad, Good Ol´ Roshi being a complete perv was alway´s a great part of the story and so much fun to watch. Actually i have no idea why the stop making pervertic moments after the DB Saga, Its probably because the show was more watched by kids? No that DB wasn´t watch by Kids.. but you gotta admit DBZ was more popular then DB. |

Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

The perverseness of Dragonball has actually stopped me from watching/reading it. I just find it pointless and a little childish. And to answer your question, I'll just say that Gigacrusher got it spot on. |

"Then you've got the chance to do better next time." "Next time?" "Course. Doing better next time. That's what life is."

I loved the pervertedness of Dragon Ball it was real funny. And everytime Roshi pops his head up in Z is hilarious. It made me want to watch it and read it even more lol. |

I think because roshi isn't a main character anymore so he isn't there to make the things happen and because more people watched dbz I think he wanted to make it more adult and less childish at least in that sense pretty much what gigacrusher said |
