I know he passed ssj vegeta during the android saga but in the cell saga he didnt get a chance to enter the hyperbolic time chamber to train. therefore ssj vegeta, goku and gohan are stronger than him post cell saga? That having been his last major battle, i think he stoped training and focused more on meditating and kept closer watch over Earth as kami! I do think though that he is stronger than the base saiyan but a super saiyan should be able to beat him, but maybe not easily.

It's all up to opinion on whether or not you think he's stronger than their Base forms in the Boo Arc. Debates on the subject never get anywhere, just like debates about Boo.

I think that's the last awesome thing he does, besides when he says he'll step in and fight Super Boo until Goten and Kid Trunks can fuse again.

I would cry tears of joy. men he must feel great knowing that he is immortal because of dbz. long live goku and friends. long live dbz.
