Posts: 24 Group: New Member Member #5,194 Joined: August 29, 2010 Favourite Anime dragonball z Favourite Manga dragonball z	So vegeta always says he is prince of all sayains BUT when freeza killed king vegeta wouldn't the next in line to the throne take his place? ergo vegeta would be king wouldn't he? So my main question is vegeta really the king? which brings me to another question, Is sayain royalty different or is vegeta just stupid?

Since his Father was King Vegeta, Who died with his race, There is no throne and no race he could rule over, So the title "Prince" is all that remains of his past as a royal blood saiyan. Or he would´ve already pronounced himself as "King Vegeta".
	Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

Vegeta could easily proclaim himself King without a coronation, but he respects the Saiyan race and it's traditions too much to do so. Also, 'Saiyan Prince' has a much better ring to it than 'Saiyan King' which is something I genuinely think Vegeta's character would take into consideration.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god
