Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball	I have the most uncensored version of Dragonball (where it shows Goku's genitals), and when Bulma is shown nude, her nipples (not the whole breast) are with convenient light reflected off glass, or just left off at side angles. It's a legitimate question; I hope I'm not breaking any rules or anything: Did FUNimation censor that, even though it was supposedly uncensored? Or did Japan censor that? OR was it animated that way? And, if these were censored, why is it more politically correct to show a 12-year-old's gentials than a 16-year-old's breasts?

Y2J Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****. ObsessiveFanGirl I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. Now, there's an idea.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I also wondered this. In the manga, her breasts are shown so I don't know why it would be cut out of the anime. Going by some other animes I've seen, some aimed at younger audiences than Dragonball, showing a characters breasts doesn't seem to be a big deal for the Japanese. I'm guessing it occured after being sent to America. You can show a guy falling on a spear or being killed by a tongue but you can't show breasts. Hypocrits.

I mean, you see Goku's schlong all the time, but it's weird for Bulma; you see her entire breasts, and then the nipples are somehow conveniently covered with something. That's how the English version is that I know--plus the one that completely cuts those scenes out.

The scene when Yamcha is peeping into her having a shower i think... she has bubbles over her boobs- hard to remember. When Oolang flashes at roshi... i cant remember if they were hidden or not.... i dont think they were hidden. I should get it out again and see but i think her nipples were shown to be honest.

Something that is always in my head whenever I think of Dragonball is that one scene during the Tenkaichi tournament where we get see Bulma's panties thanks to Oolong (I don't remember the full details). The ones in America have more adult content in them, but what about the censorship on Bulma?
