Wait, isn't how they realize that it's Trunk's time machine is because the word HOPE is inscribed on the exact same spot it is on the time machine that Trunk's uses to go back in the past. For some reason I remember seeing that in either one of the games or episodes. |

I think it also has the same serial number. That might just be in the anime though. But yeah, the hope thing is how they really knew it was Trunks' time machine. |
