 In my country there are at least three different types of pancake. You can get savoury pancakes made from pastry and breadcrumbs that have various different fillings such as chunks of ham and peas. Usually manufactured by Findus. Then you can get the traditional shrove tuesday pancake. Made from a special mix which forms a disk shape in the frying pan and is then flipped, covered in jam, golden syrup lemon juice or sugar, then rolled into a burito shape and served. Finally you can get the American pancake which is in my opinion the most delicious :)
