Goku is like a super-powered guy with energy blasts and stuff but Batman is like the greatest detective who ever lived and he has batarangs. I think batman would win because he knows karate and can stick to the shadows so goku can't see him until he sneaks up and karate chops him. What do you think?

Even if the sayian is past out, he still will not be able to do any damage. 1.Batman can not fly, without the use of jet-pack. 2.Batman does not have super human strength. Goku does, far beyond. 3.Batman is not super fast, Goku is, infact he is faster than the speed of light depending on how far we are. 4.Goku does not need to see Batman in order to hit him, as he proved when fighting Yakon, he can still feel him. Even if he can somehow sneak up on him, Batman has no where near the strength needed to inflict any sort of damage. He would more then certainly lose to Pan at the end of DBZ, you want him to fight Goku? I feel bad for the dark knight when that battle comes. Let me break it down further. The power level of an average untrained human is about 5(I believe its about that). Since Batman has some training and is not weak when comparing to humans, his power level is probably about 20, being very generous. Goku's power level at the end of DBZ is past billions(I believe). He also has a much larger background in martial arts, defeating opponents that were most likely far stronger than batman.

He could probably beat Mr Satan too. But yeah, Goku would reduce Batman to a fine meat paste. I don't think we should treat this as a troll thread lol, just a silly variation on the typical Goku vs Superman discussion.

It's not like Goku being able to blow up planets necessarily makes him a better character than Batman, or even makes his fights more exciting to watch. If I made a stick figure on a sketch pad called Universe Man, and said he could blow up entire universes with his boogers, would you care if I started bragging that Universe Man could kick Goku's butt? No, I think you'd still want Goku to wipe the floor with Universe Man, even though Goku is technically weaker than my dumb, mis-created stick figure. This is why I think DBZ went downhill; because it started becoming so much about one power level over another, that even the fighting itself seems superfluous. After all, it's not like any skill or willpower on a fighter's part is going to change those power levels, so a lot of the DBZ fighting felt like play-acting. Batman is a rich guy who's too stupid to know that his money is more powerful than his actual (underwhelming) human abilities. Awww, and he even has him's little gloom complex. Well that's nice. I myself always found him to be less than super, for a superhero. In any event, I'd love to see Goku use Tackle on him.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I love Batman. I think he'd get on quite well with Picollo. They're both quite dark characters. That's a good point you make about his money though. Why doesn't he just pay some of the criminals a large sum of cash so they never have to commit crimes again? Oh hang on lol, it's because people would start breaking the law to get his money. I don't understand why he keeps his identity a secret though. Ironman and Spiderman revealed themseleves and they do ok. Different dimension though.
