So ok so the night before I had no sleep, I went sleepless for the night, last night however I went to bed early and slept for id say between 12 to 14 hours, problem I still feel tired, and thats been happening a lot now adays, even when I get to sleep 8 or more hours I still feel tired, would there be any reason why I always feel so tired? It's really starting to get annoyed I hate feeling tired all the time, I want to be able to have a bunch of energy yet I can't seem to find it.

Well going to bed too early can be just as bad as going to bed too late. Also, I'm not sure anybody is constantly asleep for 12-14 hours. We wake up every now and then without realising. Or you could have a medical condition such as diabetes. If you regularly consume energy drinks or sugary snacks that could affect you too. I think coffee and tea affect sleep aswell. I wonder if a sound in the background could affect sleep, such as cars on a motorway or some sort of machine whiring away. Light levels normally affect me the most.

I dont ussualy go to bed that early ussualy later than early but I hadnt slept in over 24 hours which is why I went to bed early. If I had diabetes then chances are I would have had some serious issues already so that's out of the question. I don't drink coffee nor tea, but the only thing I can think of, is that perhaps it's more than one thing put together, soda drinking, my depression since I basically los interest in most things and therefore nothing else for me to look forward to, not being able to sleep until like 5 am or so but still I would think that having a good sleep sometimes would at least not have me feeling so tired

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I almost always feel tired no matter the amount of sleep I get. I'm pretty sure it's a mixture of the high sugar I have in my diet and also I was told by a Doctor when I was having tests done for something else that I have a lower count of something than the average person, which makes me more tired and lethargic.

If I keep feeling like this, I think I'm going to end up going to a doctor, it's already bad enough that my sleeping schedule is just terrible, being depressed doesn't help in my life already the last thing I need is to always feel tired will make me want to do even less

Irregular sleep times plus depression would make you feel tired and lathargic. Have you been medically diagnosed as having some sort of depression? I say this because sometimes people are just miserable and say they're depressed even though they have barely any symptoms of genuine depression.

No, I have been wanting to go to get an answer from a doctor but I dont have enough money, without insurance it costs a lot and I barely have any money right now which sucks. Lately I have more headaches than I would ussualy have but that can be tied together with feeling tired or something. I don't think its anything to worry about because I'm not one of those people that panics and gets scared easily, but I'd feel a lot more relieved hearing it from a doctor. But eh oh well

Um, how many cokes, and which cokes? You might consider looking into getting an MRI if you ever acquire health care. I suggest it as my cousin had Headaches for a while and an MRI showed a tumor. He seems fine after they removed it but he is having trouble finishing his masters degree because they took out a portion of his brain.

I honestly don't think I have a tumor, it's probably too my lack of sleep. I do have more headaches than I would ussualy have but they are not like all day nor like unbearable just small headaches here and there. AS for soda Pepsi for the most part and one a day for the most part, sometimes more than one but I need to cut down on it

I've also forgotten to mention the fact that I have been extremely stressed lately
