If a team is underperforming then playing someone like Japan or N.Korea isn't massively easy due to the pressure and men they put behind the ball. Portugal need Ronaldo to play well, they have little chance anyway but it's impossible to write off a team with Ronaldo playing at his best, however although he had a pretty great shot today he lost the ball far too many times and was too much of a luxury. Portugal has little chance for what get past stage one? I think they have a pretty good chance getting past stage one, better than Ivory Coast I would say and most likely better than North Korea to if they play their best soccer

And Light that's true to win the cup Portugal has virtually no chance. But its interesting to see Spain lose to Switzerland

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	Well it's Spain's own fault. If they had pushed a little bit more and not been so cautious then they might have scored a goal or two. On the other hand you do have to give Switzerland a bit of credit for holding off Spain for so long and holding their discipline. Spain should have thrashed them though. I don't think they'll win the world cup if they play like that again.

Maybe switzerland got a lucky goal but the thing to remember is Spain did not score any so no matter what the most they would have gotten was a tie, in this case it was worst because they got no points. Well in about one hour, the second leg begins. Lets see how South Africa does against Uruguay

I think they will win the next match judging by how poor their next opponents were against France. I also think Uruguay will annihilate France meaning South Africa still have a good chance to scrape through.

I think France will beat Mexico and then beat South Africa. I dont think South Africa has a chance anymore to go very little chance

France fail spectacularly I was right, Zero was wrong I'm gonna make another daring prediction and say that South Africa will beat them too if France even bother to turn up. England's got another match tommorow. If they lose to Algeria they should be lined up against the wall and shot. We have Rooney, Gerrard, Lampard, Terry and a very experienced manager. We really shouldn't lose but as the Spain/Switzerland match showed, anything's possible.
