Obviously they're quite smart to get to where they are/were. So who comes across as more stupid, Boris Johnson the Mayor of London or former U.S President George W. Bush? I'd say George Bush. Why? It's just because Boris speaks very posh so this automatically gives the impression that he is educated in some way. Whereas Bush just sounds like an idiot. Even though he's probably not. Both are always hilarious to watch though.

Internat explorer	bush, seen pics of him reading a book upside down, binoculers with lens caps on and of course one thing I remember the most is he said the queen was in 18 somthing, she did not look happy

Perhaps prolonging the perceived class divided, but he's an upper class toff idiot. George at least had the decency to appear normal, but moronic, while Boris gives off this "What ho, peasants!" vibe, along with moronicy.
