Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I would want to be human. In Star Trek, they are the most versatile and powerful species. They also seem to have some of the best looking ships. But I wouldn't mind being a Romulan either. They're pretty cool.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I don't think they are stupid. They managed to keep up with federation technology throught the decades. Also, in the Next Generation there's an episode set in an alternate dimension where the federation is losing a war to the Klingons. I actually think the Vulcan's are more stupid. If you count Enterprise as Canon, which I do, the Vulcan's took far longer to reach the same technoical level as the humans.
